This recipe is a variation of the previous one, and also has a unique taste and aroma. To make a hearty meat treat, take:

  • 1/2 kg chicken fillet;
  • 3-4 medium-sized potato tubers;

  • 300 g of grated cheese like "Parmesan", that is, hard;

After the mushrooms are ready, place them in a skillet and fry with the onions, add spices if desired. Now grease the chicken with mayonnaise on all sides (2-3 tbsp. L.). You can spread it on a baking sheet (lightly oiled) - first potatoes, then chicken pieces, and on top of frying mushrooms and onions.
