Fill the main form 3/4 full, bake the muffins from the leftovers. From experience I know that if you knead the dough for a charlotte from twice the ingredients specified in the recipe, then you can bake a large charlotte in a detachable form with a diameter of 24 cm and 6 muffins. I baked everything that you see in the photo just like that.

Advice: never open the oven door while baking, the cake may settle. If you see that the top of the pie has started to burn, and the time has not yet expired, turn down the temperature.
