  3. Put a nice leaf of lettuce on top, so that the edges do not stick out on the sides, but beautifully framed the basket.
  4. On a leaf of lettuce very carefully put a grated beet with a teaspoon.
  5. Herring fillet cut into thin strips of not more than 3 cm in length.
  6. Put 2 such strips on each tartlet on top of the beet.
  7. Decorate with greens and serve.
