For 2 custards you need:

  • 100 ml of milk and water;
  • 1 cup flour;
  • 80 g butter;
  • 4-5 eggs;
  • a pinch of salt.

Start cooking:

  • In a pot of thick metal pour water, milk, add salt and butter, give boil.
  • Screw the fire to a weak burning, pour the flour into the pot with boiling water and carefully knead without lumps.
  • Remove from heat, let the dough cool slightly (5-10 minutes).
  • Beat 1 egg into the dough and knead until it is homogeneous.
  • The same principle interferes with the rest of the eggs.

  How to make honey cakes for the cake?

For sandy cakes with honey you need:

  • 3 eggs;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 550 g of flour;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 4 tbsp. spoons of honey;
  • 1 tea spoon of soda.

Start cooking:

  • We take 2 pans: one more, the other less.
  • In that pot, which is more, pour some water for the steam bath and heat it to a boil.
  • Eggs with sugar, beat until fluffy foam, about 7 minutes.
  • In a smaller saucepan, mix the beaten eggs, soda, honey and butter. Soda is not quenched with vinegar.
  • Put the saucepan in boiling water with medium boiling and stir all the time.
      First, the weight will increase, about 2 times, and then acquire a beige shade (15-20 minutes).
  • Remove the pan from the water bath, pour 1 cup of flour, knead, and again put in a water bath for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove the dough from the water bath, sprinkle the remaining flour and knead the dough with a spoon, and when it thickens, knead with the hands, pouring the flour. The dough should be thick.
  • Divide the dough into 8 parts, roll out circles and bake in the oven, on a dry metal sheet, at a temperature of 180C for 3-5 minutes.
  • With baked cakes, while they are hot, cut off the excess. The cooled cakes are strongly hardened, and then they will not be cut off.

  • 4 eggs
  • 190 g sugar
  • 130 g flour

  1. Very well, beat the eggs with sugar until thick (until the increase in two, about 10 minutes).
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour with baking powder and gently let it into the egg mixture (this can be done at minimum speed with a mixer). Add boiling water, then vegetable oil and vanilla.
  3. Pour the dough into the mold and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Time depends on the oven. Readiness can be checked with a toothpick.
  4. After baking, the biscuit should be turned upside down right in the shape, put on a wire rack, so as not to be worn out, and let it cool.

Sponge cake



Ingredients:

  • 5 proteins
  • 90 g of powdered sugar
  • 40 g of fine sugar
  • vanillin
  • 60 g flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp citric acid.

Cooking method:

  1. Beat the whites until thick, add citric acid, salt and sugar, beat for about a couple of minutes. The mass should be softer than meringue. Add the flour mixed with powdered sugar and mix gently.
  2. We spread the dough in a small rectangular shape of 10 × 20 cm, or in a round 16 × 18 cm. We do not grease the walls of the form. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 - 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g margarine or butter
  • 2-3 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 400 g flour
  • ½ tsp soda vinegar quenched
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar.

Cooking method:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar until foam appears, add margarine, soda, vanilla sugar, mix everything thoroughly and quickly.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 150 g of water (can be mixed with milk)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp citric acid
  • 250 - 300 grams of butter.

Cooking method:

  1. In water, dissolve the salt and citric acid, add the sifted flour and knead the dough: first with a spoon, then with your hands. The dough should not be too steep, otherwise it will be tough.
  2. After the dough is kneaded, wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for half an hour. Then we get and roll out in the form of a rectangle. In the middle you need to put a thin layer of butter. Oil should not be frozen, but not soft.
  3. We cover butter on all sides with layers of dough, and roll out the dough. Then remove the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then again roll out into a rectangle, roll up in the form of an envelope and put in the cold for another 30 minutes. So you need to do at least 7 - 10 times: the more approaches, the more layers and the better the dough. The finished dough can be placed in the freezer.

Cakes-meringue (as for Kiev cake)



Ingredients:

  • 9 proteins weighing about 200 g
  • 230 g sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
  • 50 g flour
  • 180 g slightly roasted hazelnuts.

Cooking method:

  1. Separate the yolks from proteins. Successfully obtained proteins are poured into a closing container and put in a refrigerator for a day. Or you can freeze them, and the day before beating get and put in the refrigerator to thaw.
  2. Squirrels beat with a mixer in a lush foam at the lowest speed. When the whites are well whipped, add 50 grams of sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat again.
  3. Hazelnut chopped into medium-sized pieces (no need to make nut dust). Mix hazelnuts, flour and the remaining sugar and injected to proteins with a spatula.
  4. We cover two forms with a diameter of 24 and 26 cm with parchment. We pour our protein dough into them. It is necessary to try to make the height of the cake layers the same, that is, we need to pour more dough into the 26-inch mold than into a mold that is smaller in size.
  5. We put the forms on different levels in a preheated oven and bake for about 1.5 - 2 hours at a temperature of 150 degrees.

1) Cakes for cake on kefir.
   Baking products will require:
   a couple of chicken eggs;
   a glass of sugar;
   a glass of wheat flour;
   200 ml of kefir;
   vanillin;
   soda.
   Cooking Sugar, vanillin and eggs, beat with a mixer or a whisk, then pour in kefir and continue to beat. In the resulting mixture quench soda and gradually introduce flour. The result is not very thick dough. Divide it into three parts and bake in the form until golden brown. Cakes are ready, you can decorate them with cream and berries as desired.

3) Honey cakes. This recipe is a bit more complicated than the previous ones, but it deserves attention.

For the test will require:

2 tablespoons of honey;

a glass of sugar;

500 grams of flour;

one and a half teaspoons of soda.

Cooking process. Beat eggs with a mixer, add honey and sugar, mix and set in a water bath. It is necessary to constantly stir the mixture so that the eggs do not boil. When the grains of sugar disappear, add soda and vigorously mix until the mass increases 2-3 times. Then quickly remove the mass from the fire and enter the flour, knead the dough. It is important not to miss the moment, if the mass subsides - the cakes will be hard.

3 cups flour (preferably top grade);

150 grams of sugar (this is almost a full glass);

baking soda and vinegar;
