2 layer - prunes

Prune after soaking will look like a sticky paste. I cut each berry in half, then in strips and across the cubes. Then laid out on top of a layer of chicken. So that it does not pour on the edges. Mayonnaise grease prunes is not necessary!



3 layer - walnuts

5 layer - cucumbers and mayonnaise

If you have long greenhouse cucumbers, it makes no sense to clean them - the skin on the density is not much different from the middle. If ground cucumbers, or bumpy varieties, be sure to remove the skin. Chop the cucumber smaller. I do it with cubes of 2-3 millimeters. Put it on top of the squirrels. Act carefully.



On top of the cucumbers, apply a small layer of mayonnaise, about 1.5 tablespoons. Distribute carefully.



6 layer - egg yolk

Cooking salad comes to an end. It remains only to decorate it with yolk. Grate it not fine grater and, starting from the center, sprinkle the entire top of the salad. You can slightly press the yolks, but then top them with a yolk crumb to create a fluffy effect.

· Walnuts - 80 g.

· Salt, pepper - to taste.

· Mayonnaise - for refueling.

Cooking process

The washed fillets clean the meat from excess veins and boil until cooked in salted water. They put chicken meat in a separate dish, cool it, and then cut it into small pieces.

The boiled fillet will be spicy if you add a few black peppercorns and bay leaves to boiled water. This option of harvesting meat is suitable for a salad of pineapples, chicken, prunes.

To make the chicken for the salad delicate and fragrant, it is left for one hour in the marinade. For its preparation, sour cream is poured into the dishes, salt is added, ground pepper or, if desired, spices (cumin, ginger, dried basil).

  • Garlic 1-2 cloves
  • Carrots (cooked better in Korean) - 300 gr.
  • Nuts - 100 gr.
  • Mayonnaise, herbs, spices - to taste
  1. Divide the fillet into several pieces and boil in salted water. You can put in the water bay leaf and a mixture of spiced peas. Cut the finished meat into small pieces.
  2. Well washed prunes pour hot water for 10 minutes to become softer. After that, place it on a towel and lightly blot to remove excess liquid.
  3. Prepared prunes cut into strips.
  4. Eggs boil and divide into whites and yolks, which are individually rubbed on a grater.
  5. Making cheese mass. Grate cheese, add crushed garlic and mix with mayonnaise.
  6. Fry the nuts in a dry skillet and mix with carrots. Mostly used walnuts. But, cooking is not a place for dogma, if you do not like walnuts, use others. Very tasty comes with cashews, though too high in calories.
  7. Now collect the salad. It all depends on the occasion. If this is a festive option - make layers. Casual, you can simply mix and decorate with greens.

If it seems to you that there is too much mayonnaise, then do not lubricate too plentifully, but make a thin mayonnaise net.


When choosing meat, be guided by the final calorie content of the salad. If you use chicken legs or thighs, then the meat is much fatter there than in the fillet. By the way, with fillet and work less, you do not have to spend time and effort on removing meat from bone.

Puff salad with chicken and prunes


Variations of puff salad with chicken are obligatory in the cookbook of the hostess. Not prunes, so dried apricots, not a walnut, so almonds, the main thing - to chicken. The advantages of puff salad with chicken fillet is that it is always tasty and certainly healthy, cooked quickly and requires almost no culinary skills.

What is required:

  • ½ chicken breast weighing about 300-350 g
  • 100 grams of soft prunes without stones, preferably sour
  • 100 g of “Kostroma” or “Dutch” type of cheese, without a pronounced taste
  • 100 g of walnuts
  • 200 g of medium or high-calorie mayonnaise in a bag (if you use homemade mayonnaise, pour it into a regular plastic bag - it will be more convenient to coat the salad)

Walnuts lightly fry in a frying pan without oil. Cool and chop in small pieces.

Chicken fill with cold water, bring to a boil and drain. Rinse the pulp, change the water and boil 50-60 minutes after boiling. Cool fillets, cut into cubes and disassemble into smaller fibers.

Steam the prunes in hot water, rinse and dry. Cut into thin strips.

Grate the cheese on a special grater to make a thin air "chips".

  Salad Pomegranate Bracelet with Prunes


Ingredients:

beets - 1 pc, carrots - 2 pcs., potatoes - 2 pcs., chicken fillet - 200 g, prunes - 100 g, walnuts - 2 pcs., eggs - 3 pcs., pomegranate - 1 pc., mayonnaise - to taste , salt - to taste, black ground pepper - to taste

Cooking:

Boil beets, potatoes and carrots separately. Then cool and peel.

Grate beets. Chop walnuts and mix with grated beets. Boil chicken fillet, cool, cut into small pieces.

300 grams of chicken meat; - 150 g pickled cucumbers or gherkins; - 100 g prunes; - 2 chicken eggs; - 1 small onion; - 1 carrot; - 3-4 tbsp. canned green peas (without liquid); - 3 tbsp. sour cream; - 2 tbsp. mayonnaise; - salt.

Cook the chicken meat in salted water, hard-boiled eggs and carrots until soft. The first is finely chopped, the second is chopped, leaving one yolk for clearance, and the third is grated. Fill the prunes with hot water for 5-10 minutes, then strain the liquid, wash the dried fruits and chop with a knife. Cut the pickled cucumbers or gherkins in small slices. Remove the husk from the bulb, finely chop it and pour boiling water over it so that the onion has a sweetish taste.

Divide the mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise into three parts and mix each with chicken, eggs and chopped prunes. Collect a layered salad on a beautiful dish, alternating products: chicken, pickled cucumbers, onions, eggs, carrots, green peas, prunes. Decorate the resulting “cake” with the yolk.

Salad "Ladies Caprice"


Ingredients:

300 g smoked chicken breast; - 1 fresh cucumber; - 100 g prunes; - 300 g fresh mushrooms; - 3 chicken eggs; - 1 onion; - 2 tbsp. natural yogurt; - 3 tbsp. sour cream; - 1 tbsp. grated horseradish; - salt; - vegetable oil; - 10 g of parsley.

Peel and chop the onion. Heat the vegetable oil and fry the onion in it for 3 minutes. Wash the mushrooms, drain in a colander, cut into thin slices and add to the pan. Salt and cook all together for 10-20 minutes, depending on the variety of mushrooms, until complete evaporation of the liquid. After that, drain excess oil from the mushroom stir-fry. Boil the eggs on the next hob and cover with cold water. Cut diced smoked chicken breast and soaked prunes, chop the eggs released from the shell, and the yolks are separate from the proteins, and grate the cucumber.

Prepare the salad dressing by combining the sour cream with yogurt in a small bowl and mix the dairy mix with horseradish. Divide the sauce into three parts and make the salad in the following order: chicken and sauce, cucumbers, fried mushrooms, proteins and sauce, prunes and sauce, yolks. Sprinkle it with chopped parsley.

Salad "Venice"

Ingredients:

400 g chicken fillet; - 1 large fresh cucumber; - 200 g of prunes; - 200 g of potatoes; - 300 g of champignons (can be frozen); - 200 g of hard cheese; - 3 chicken eggs; - 100 grams of natural yogurt; - 150 g of 10% cream; - 1 clove of garlic; - 1 small onion; - 10 g fresh basil, dill and parsley; - a pinch of white ground pepper; - salt; - vegetable oil.

Cook the chicken fillet, hard-boiled eggs and potatoes (in salted water for 20 minutes). Soak prunes, fill it with boiling water and leave for 15 minutes. Fry sliced ​​champignons in vegetable oil  15 minutes and fold them in a colander so as not to burden the salad with excess fat. Cut the potatoes, chicken and prunes into slices, and the cucumber into strips. Grate the peeled eggs and cheese on a coarse grater. Prepare 4 small salad bowls for serving snacks.

Make the sauce. To do this, beat the yogurt and cream together, mix with chopped onions, greens of basil, dill and parsley. Add crushed garlic, white pepper and 0.5 tsp to the dressing. salt.
