Cooking:

1 carrot;

Cooking method:

Today, dear friends, I offer you a variation on the theme of the famous and beloved Mushroom Glade salad, with smoked chicken, fried champignons and melted cheese. Garlic in combination with walnuts add a special festive piquancy to this salad.

Despite the fact that there are no “refreshing” ingredients in this recipe, such as fresh cucumber, green salad, or Chinese cabbage, this doesn’t spoil the dish, and makes it an excellent tasty and nourishing snack for strong drinks.


Ingredients:

  • Smoked chicken 100 gr
  • Fried mushrooms 100 gr.
  • Processed cheese 100 gr
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Mayonnaise 3 tbsp.
  • Walnuts (chopped) 1 tbsp.
  • Sand tartlets 8-10 pcs.

To decorate:

  • Parsley
  • Fresh cranberries

Cooking:

Smoked ham cut into smaller pieces, ideally into cubes.


For this recipe, I used mushrooms fried with onions. They need very little, about 4 tbsp. I fried the mushrooms in advance, they are perfectly stored in the refrigerator or freezer. To cook mushrooms for tartlets, you will need about 150 grams. raw champignons, and ½ onion.

Melted cheese rubbed on a fine grater. To make the cheese product easier to rub, and not stick to the dishes, you can pre-lay it for 10 minutes. in the freezer.


All the ingredients for the salad are sent to a deep plate, add mayonnaise and garlic, passed through a press.


Stir well.

After the refrigerator, divide the dough into 10 identical pieces, roll out and put into tart molds (mine - 9 cm). We prick with a fork, but not too hard, so that the filling does not flow out of the finished tartlets.

Put the piece of foil on the dough and put the load in - I use dry beans.

Put the molds in the oven heated to 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Then we remove the foil with weights and bake for another 7-10 minutes to a crisp-looking state. Remove from the molds and set aside.

Cooking stuffing. Remove chicken from the bone, remove the skin, cut the meat into small cubes. Just finely cut the potatoes.

Finely chop the onion and fry until cooked in vegetable oil.

Mix potatoes, chicken, grated cheese and onions. Spread on tartlets.

Whip whip cream with eggs and salt.

Pour the egg-cream mixture on top of the filling, put the tartlets on a baking sheet and send to the oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes, until the filling is set.

Serve warm or completely chilled.
