Good day, dear readers! Today I want to present to your attention another recipe for cooking pork, this time in garlic-soy sauce.
It is very easy to cook such pork, but it requires a lot of time for marinating. Therefore, if you expect to pamper loved ones with delicious meat for dinner, it is better to attend to the preparation of ingredients in advance.

Ingredients

  • pork pulp 700-800 gr
  • soy sauce 200 ml
  • garlic 4-5 cloves
  • ground paprika 1 tsp

Cooking method

My meat, carefully cut off all unnecessary: ​​films, veins and the like little edible parts. Cut into portions across the fibers and repel.

Cooking sauce: pour soy sauce in a deep bowl. Its volume should be such that all your meat will then fit into it.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, spread the pork pieces marinated in garlic-soy sauce and fry on both sides until golden brown. While the meat was marinated, it was soaked with sauce, so we make the fire strong enough, the meat should be roasted, not stewed.


When the second side of the meat grabs the crust, the fire can be reduced, cover the pan with a lid and bring the pork to readiness, it is about 5-7 minutes, not more. The main thing is not to overdry.

Pork in soy sauce in the oven is a juicy, appetizing and tasty meat dish that will be appreciated by a strong half of humanity. Under it you can apply a glass of red or white wine, a glass of cold vodka, etc. Baked in soy sauce pork garnished with boiled rice, buckwheat, potatoes, fresh vegetables. As it is roasted, the meat changes its color and becomes covered with a golden crust. Reduce the heat to medium and bring the meat to readiness for 15 minutes, do not forget to mix, so that all the pieces are roasted evenly.
