In my understanding, such a dish, as zrazy, has always been associated with some kind of complex culinary creation, although the essence of its preparation was clear - minced meat, stuffing, wrapped, fried, baked. Therefore, our traditional family menu somehow did without a scandal. But, in search of diversity, one day the question arose of how to make chicken minced zrazy with mushrooms, cheese and an egg? After trying these original “cutlets” stuffed for the first time, everyone was delighted, and we started cooking zrazy with all kinds of toppings that just came to mind - with vegetables, ham, melted cheese, greens, beans and garlic. Such zrazy, by the way, you can even freeze for future use, and then just send them to the oven for 30-40 minutes, and a tasty fragrant addition to a side dish or salad will be ready.

Prepare all the ingredients on the list so that nothing is overlooked.

On a fine grater, grate hard cheese and boiled chicken eggs in a bowl. Cheese can be of any sort, you can take a more salty or just add salt to the filling.


Wash the champignons and cut into small pieces, fry them in vegetable oil until cooked - 12-15 minutes. You can lightly salt it - literally a pinch of salt. Allow the mushrooms to cool and transfer them to a bowl of cheese and eggs. Stir, add salt and spices to taste.


Dampen your hands with water and place some minced meat in your palm, smooth it and make a well. By the way, it is better to make minced meat independently, but you can also buy ready-made if you are sure of its quality.

I tried to specify the number of products as precisely as possible, but, in any case, everything, of course, depends on the egg size and the desired thickness of the meat "fur coat."

I cook in the third way.
