How to cook cucumbers

I cut cucumbers with rings, a step of about 1 cm. Such large shaybochki are obtained, it is very convenient to lay in jars. There is practically no free space, which means that space is used to the maximum.

I skip the tomatoes through a meat grinder - this method allows us to get the most delicious juice to the pickle, which our cucumbers will soak in will give them an awesome taste. Some people advise tomatoes to just cut the rings, but this will deprive cucumbers of some taste, I checked.

I clean the garlic and cut it into simple thin rings.

For this recipe you need:

1. Fresh cucumbers - 5 kg.
