This nourishing delicious salad is like a hello from childhood, when mom cooked a fry for the New Year. I suggest to cook the good old . This salad tastes best of all from pork, but you can taste it (although with a more delicate taste of pork).



To cook the Fat   will need:

  • meat 300 grams;
  • 1-2 carrots;
  • 1 bulb onion;
  • a pair of pickles;

    1. Boil the meat in advance. Cut it into long strips or break hands. Fry a little in vegetable oil, adding soy sauce;

    3. Pepper finely cut into strips;
    4. Put pepper, green beans and meat in a salad bowl.

    Ingredients:

    • Cabbage Iceberg - 1 head;
    • Large shrimp - 0.4 kg;
    • White bread - 4 pieces;
    • Olive and coconut oil;
    • Dill seeds;
    • Wine vinegar - 50 ml;
    • Salt, mustard dry;
    • A few cloves of garlic;
    • Lemon juice.

    Cooking method:

    1. Stir 50 grams of salt with chopped garlic. Add a little vinegar, lemon juice, half a lemon, 20 grams of dry mustard and 100 ml of olive oil;

    4. Shrimp must be boiled. It is better if they are uncleaned. In boiling water pour 2 tbsp. l fennel seeds and a lot of salt so that the water tastes very salty. Throw shrimp and spot exactly 5 minutes. If the shrimp cook longer, they will be "rubber." After that, cool and clean;
    5. Add to the leaves of lettuce shrimp, grated cheese and crackers.

    Put in a salad bowl. Before serving, pour over cooked oily sauce.

    "Garnet bracelet"

    This salad will look great on the New Year's table in 2017 because of its unusual presentation, it looks like a red garnet bracelet.

    Ingredients:



    Cooking method:

    1. Boil fillet of rabbit, cut into cubes or just pick up slices with your hands;
    2. Boil vegetables and eggs, cool, peel and chop on a coarse grater;
    3. Pomegranate peeled, disassembled by grain;

    Smoked Salad


    Ingredients Required:

    • Smoked meats (ham, baked ham, even sausage, etc.) - 100 g
    • Chinese cabbage - 500 g
    • Onions - 1 pc. small
    • Crackers
    • Grated cheese - for decoration
    • Mayonnaise

    Cooking process:

    Step 1.   The cabbage of cabbage should be cut into four parts and cut each part into strips.

    Step 2.   Smoked meats should be cut either into strips or diced.

    Step 3.   Onions can be finely chopped, and can be cut into half rings, as you like.

    Salad of seaweed and eggs


    Ingredients Required:

    • Sea kale - 40 g (if dried) or 200 g (if canned)
    • Eggs - 2 pcs.
    • Onions - 150 g
    • Pepper, salt
    • Vegetable oil

    Cooking process:

    Step 1.   If there is only dry sea kale, then it should be cooked like this: first rinse thoroughly with sand and sea pebbles, pour cold water and leave for 8-10 hours (you can do it on December 30), then you can drain the water, pour fresh and put the pan with sea kale on fire and boil after boiling for 5-10 minutes.

    After cooking, you should drain the water and put the finished cabbage on a cutting board, then cut it across 4-5 cm for ease of use.

    However, it is much easier to take canned sea kale.

    Step 2.   Eggs need to boil, cool, peel and rub on a coarse grater.

    Step 3.   Onions need to cut into half rings and cut the half rings still in half. Then it is necessary to fry the onions in vegetable oil to transparency, after which you should add the sea kale to the onions, salt and pepper the prepared dish.

    Step 4.   Now you can shift sea cabbage and onions in a salad bowl, as well as add shabby chicken eggs. Mix the salad thoroughly. Serve it can be both cold and warm.

    Salad "Watermelon"


    Ingredients Required:

    • Chicken fillet - 100 g
    • Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
    • Fresh tomatoes - 2 pcs.

    Cooking process:

    Step 1.   Chicken fillet must be boiled in salted water until cooked and, after cooling, disassembled into fibers.

    Step 4.   Cheese should be grated and mixed with chicken and olives. The mass should be laid out on a flat dish in the form of a slice of watermelon.
