There are such days when you do not want to mess around in the kitchen for a long time and stand at the stove, while homeworkers ask for "something tasty" for dinner.
  In such a case, I have a recipe for excellent chicken breast meatballs in the oven.
  On the preparation of minced takes 15 minutes. Meatballs in the oven baked themselves. As a result, the household ones are satisfied, and I’m practically free all evening.

Ingredients:
  chicken breast - 1 pc;
  onion - 4 pcs;
  rice - 400 gr;
  salt - to taste;
  ground black pepper - to taste;
  chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
  sunflower oil - 4 tbsp;
  lecho - 4 tablespoons

How to cook chicken breast meatballs

1. For cooking, we need chicken breast. Onion. Boiled rice. Mince the breast and onion through the meat grinder. We mix everything. Add 2 eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  2. Shape the meatballs and spread on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. And send in the oven. Temperature 250-300 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, let's do some gravy. To do this, cut 2 onions. Sent to a hot frying pan with vegetable oil. Stir fry constantly stirring until golden brown. Add 5 tablespoons of lecho (Bulgarian pepper in tomato) Fry for 5 minutes. Try. If necessary, add saliva and add spices. I didn't have to add anything. The taste was perfect.
  Meatballs are ready. Served as a separate dish sprinkled with herbs. Or you can serve it with a side dish (boiled macaroni or potatoes are great).

General rules for cooking meatballs with gravy

Prepare minced meat, from which they form balls with a diameter of 2-4 cm, which are rolled in flour and fry on all sides. Separately, prepare a red sauce - tomato or red with roots. Fold meatballs in a bowl, pour sauce and stew on the stove or in the oven until cooked.

Classic meatballs made from minced chicken in tomato sauce

You will need the following products:

  • chicken flesh - 0.5 kg;
  • tomato paste or puree - 0.5 cups;

  • butter and flour - 2 large spoons;

Cooking meatballs

Grind chicken pulp with the addition of soaked and pressed white bread. Add minced onion (finely chopped green, grate grated). Mix well. Cooked minced meat into balls that roll in flour and immediately fry in a pan in oil.

Meanwhile, make gravy. Dilute tomato puree in a glass of broth, add bay leaf, pepper, garlic, mashed with salt. Fold meatballs in a bowl and pour sauce. Put the dishes on a light fire and simmer for approximately a quarter of an hour or a little longer. At the end of cooking, add salt to taste. Serving meatballs sprinkled with parsley.

Chicken meatballs with rice in gravy

Necessary components:

  • flour - 3 tablespoons;
  • minced chicken - 800 grams;
  • 1 carrot;
  • tomato paste - 50 grams;
  • egg;
  • lean oils - 4 tablespoons;
  • 2 onions;
  • bay leaf - 1 pc .;
  • pepper and salt - by preference;
  • 4 spoons of rice.

Cooking process:

First, form the meatballs. Boil rice to the state of semi-ready. Mix the minced meat with rice, add salt, egg, pepper and knead well. We roll the balls and put them in the dishes for cooking.

Cooking sauce. Initially, in a dry skillet, fry the flour until creamy. Separately, fry the onions and carrots in butter. Add flour and tomato puree to these vegetables. Fill with a liter of water and bring to a boil. We cover evenly meatballs with gravy and set the stew for 40-45 minutes.

Meatballs made from minced meat made from chicken breasts are tasty and at the same time dietary. Cooking meatballs in the oven also contributes to this. Gently pour in boiled water, salted to taste, so that the water almost, but not quite, covers the meatballs.


Close the lid and cook the meatballs in the oven at 200 degrees 40 minutes.

For cooking meatballs, take ready frozen minced chicken, a handful of rice and an onion. But we will not fry meatballs in flour / breadcrumbs and fry. Formed meatballs, we immediately put in the form and send baked in the oven. And in order to make the meatballs especially soft, tender and juicy, before baking, we will flavor them with the simplest, but incredibly delicious gravy, made on the basis of sour cream and tomato paste, with the addition of basic vegetables - onions and carrots. It turns out very tasty and easy. Try it!

Ingredients:

  • rice - 100 g (weight of cereal),
  • minced chicken (I have ready, frozen) - 500 g,
  • onions - 2 small heads,
  • carrots - 1 pc.,
  • tomato paste - 4 tbsp. l.,
  • sour cream (10-20%) - 4 tbsp. l.,
  • water - 200 ml
  • vegetable oil - 30 ml,
  • salt and seasoning to taste
  • bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.,
  • greens (dill, parsley) - a couple of twigs.

How to cook chicken meatballs with rice with gravy

First boil rice. We need it half-cooked, so we wash the rice well and fill it with water at a ratio of 1: 1.5; those. 0.5 st. I took rice 0.75 Art. water. Boil rice on medium heat plate until complete evaporation of the liquid. Salt rice is not necessary.



Next cooked rice should cool. Cooling down. In the meantime, he stands, prepare the rest of the stuffing for meatballs. Frozen minced chicken - defrost, I send it to the micro for 10 minutes. in a mode "defrosting". Grind one onion in any way you like, I interrupt with a blender-mill in a small cube.



When the rice has cooled completely, mix it with minced chicken and onion, add an egg to it.



Salted mince, seasoned / seasoned to taste and taste. I added a little paprika and seasoning for Korean carrots, a very successful mixture, in my opinion, fits almost any dish.



Stuffing for meatballs ready.



We moisten hands with water and roll koloboks of mincemeat the size of a small mandarin. We spread them in a form, preferably deep.



Next, do gravy. I do with vegetables - onions and carrots. If you do not like vegetables in gravy (I have children, it happens, they are protesting against such vegetable addition), this step can be skipped. Cut the second onion into a cube, carrot three on a large grater. We warm the butter in the pan and fry the vegetables under the lid until soft.



In parallel, make the sauce: tomato paste  mix with sour cream, dilute it all with water, add chopped greens. If necessary, add the sauce and season with spices.



Pour tomato-sour cream sauce in the pan to the vegetables.



We throw in it a couple of leaves of Lavrushka and give the sauce to stew for about 5 minutes. Done.



We take out lavrushka from the prepared sauce. Fill them with meatballs and load the form into an oven heated to 180-200 degrees.



Bake meatballs for 30 minutes, after which you can remove and serve.
