Pie base preparation process:

3. Take a teaspoon and pour soda there (half a teaspoon) and add a little vinegar
Let me remind you, vinegar + soda, this is a baking powder replacement, if you have one, then add a teaspoon of baking powder.
4. Then we beat everything with a whisk, it turns out such a porridge, but nothing, take a mixer and fix the situation!
5. Take the base for the cake and distribute the dough over the base;
6. When we have distributed the dough on the base, bake it in the oven for 10 minutes, at a temperature of 180 Celsius.
7. When 10 minutes have passed, we take out our dough from the oven, cover it with "baking paper" and add beans or peas, and send it to the oven for 20 minutes.
Cooking the filling;

Toffee (120 g)
A little milk (30 ml)
2 eggs (did not fit into the frame)

Add flour, nutmeg, soda, salt and stir. It is not necessary to stir for a long time, just so that all the ingredients are combined, the dough should turn out to be thick.
In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup. sugar and 1 tbsp. l. cinnamon.
Grease the bowl of the multicooker with oil, sprinkle with 1/4 of the sugar-cinnamon mixture, this will be our crisp.
Put half the dough on this cinnamon mixture, pour the remaining 3/4 cup evenly onto it. cinnamon sugar mixture.
Close the filling with the remaining half of the dough.
Turn on the multicooker in baking mode and set the time to 45 minutes. and bake until tender, that is, until dry torch. After finishing cooking, let the cake stand for min. 10 (heating Do not switch on), then turn the dish over, placing the plate, cinnamon crust upwards.
