  • 80 g whole peeled almonds

Step by step apple pie according to this recipe is prepared as follows:

Chop flour and baking powder with butter, add 125 g of sugar, eggs and salt. Knead shortbread dough, cover it with a towel and put in a cool place for about 30 minutes. Wash the apples, peel, cut into quarters, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Drizzle with lemon juice, mix with whole v ground almonds, raisins, remaining oil and cinnamon powder.

Roll out 2/3 of the dough into a circle (32 cm in diameter) on a floured cutting board. Place in a 26 cm springform tin with the edges up. Prick the dough in several places with a fork and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Lay a layer of apples on the dough, wrap the "sides" of the dough over the apples.

Roll out 2/3 of the remaining dough into a circle (approximately 26 cm in diameter) and place it over the apples. Press the dough well around the circumference.

Beat the egg yolks with cream and strong foam and grease the pie with the resulting mixture. Roll out the remaining dough into a thin layer, cut it into strips and place it on top of the pie in the form of a lattice. Grease the grate with the yolk-cream mixture.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Remove from oven and let cool.

Cut the finished cake into 12 pieces.

Upside down pie with apples and walnuts

You will need:

  • 2 sour apples
  • 20 g butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 30 g walnut kernels
  • 2 yolks
  • ½ tsp grated lemon peel,
  • 2 tbsp. l. milk
  • 80 g flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 protein
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

To make an apple pie in the oven according to this recipe, you need:

Wash the apples, peel, remove the core and cut into circles 1.5 cm thick. Heat the oven to a temperature of about 200 degrees.

Grease the bottom and sides of a 20 cm pie dish with butter and sprinkle evenly with sugar and cinnamon. Arrange the apple slices in the mold. Cut walnut kernels into halves. Fill the holes in the apples and the space between them with walnuts.

Grind the yolk in a bowl with the remaining sugar, lemon zest and milk until smooth. Mix flour with baking powder and sift into the yolk mass. Beat the protein with salt in a thick foam and carefully fold into the dough. Spread the dough evenly (you can use your hand) over the circles of apples. Bake the pie for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool, remove from the edge of the mold with a knife and carefully invert onto a serving platter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Cut the finished pie into 8 pieces.

Delicious Pear Pie: Oven Recipe

For this delicious pear pie recipe, you will need:

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 g melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • fat and flour for molding
  • 0.5 cup dry white wine
  • 1 kg small hard pears
  • 3 packets of clear icing for cakes
  • lentils for filling the form during baking

Cooking method:

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. From flour, melted butter, eggs, 50 g of sugar and salt, knead a homogeneous dough and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Grease a cake mold and sprinkle with flour. Boil the white wine with the remaining sugar for 10 minutes. Wash the pears, peel, cut into halves and carefully remove the core with a knife. Put them in wine and boil for 15 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a layer with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the cake pan. Put it in a mold and prick it in several places with a fork, wrap the sides up and remove the excess with a rolling pin. Line the dough with baking paper and fill with lentils. Bake the cake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven, remove lentils and baking paper.

Throw the pears on a sieve, let the syrup drain and place on the cake.

Boil the syrup again, add the icing for the cake, pour over the pears and let it harden.

Cut the finished pie into 16 pieces.

Pear pie with hazelnuts

For this easy pear pie recipe you will need:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 65 g powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 yolk
  • fat for mold
  • 250 g hazelnut filling
  • 7 art. l. milk
  • 2 tbsp. l. pear alcohol
  • 1 kg ripe pears
  • 50 g marzipan mass
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml cream
  • 30 g sugar

Cooking method:

To prepare a pear pie according to this recipe, you need flour, butter, powdered sugar, salt, yolk and 1 tbsp. l. water to knead the shortcrust pastry. Roll it out into a circle slightly larger than a cake pan, put it in a greased mold (25 cm in diameter) and refrigerate.

Mix the nut filling with milk according to the instructions on the package, add pear alcohol (for flavor) and spread on the dough layer.

Peel the pears, cut into halves, remove the core and put cut side down on the nut filling. The oven for making pear pie according to this recipe must be heated to a temperature of 190 degrees. For glaze, grind the marzipan mass with 1 egg until smooth, then add the second egg, cream and sugar, pour the mass on the cake and bake for 40-45 minutes until a golden brown crust forms. Cut the finished pie into 12 pieces.

As you can see in the photo, pear pies prepared according to these recipes look very attractive, they taste just as good:






1. 500 gr. Pears are cut into slices about 5-6 ml thick. I only use the thicker part of the pear. We also cut 700 gr. apples. For contrast, it is better to take pears and apples of different colors. Pie can only be made from apples or vice versa from pears.

2. Roll out the puff pastry without yeast (I have it ready-made, purchased) and distribute it in a baking dish, 30 cm in diameter. We pinch off the excess dough. Arrange fruit slices on top. You can install in any order.

3. Mix 20 gr. sugar and 3 gr. cinnamon. Sprinkle the top of the pie. 20 gr. butter spread in thin slices on top of the filling.

4. We put in a preheated oven up to 180 * C mode top + bottom without convection and IMPORTANT to the second level from the bottom, or look at your oven, but place the cake in the oven so that the bottom of the cake must be baked. Bake for 20-30 minutes, then place on the middle level and bake until cooked. Since every oven is different, be guided by your oven. If apples burn on top, cover with foil. Be sure to make sure that the cake is baked on the bottom, and the apples on top are soft, this means that the cake is ready.

5. Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar and enjoy!
