    To begin with, you should boil the chicken breast fillet in boiling, slightly salted water for 30-40 minutes until fully cooked, if you wish, you can add peppercorns and bay leaves to the water. It is necessary to cool the finished fillet, and then cut into arbitrary small pieces.

    Throw the salted cucumbers from the jar into a colander, after which it is worth waiting for the marinade to drain and dry them thoroughly. Cut into small pieces or grate on a coarse grater.

    Peel the onions, then finely chop. If the onion is too bitter, then it should be poured with a small amount of boiling water for one or two minutes, after they have expired, the water should be drained.

    Boil a few chicken eggs hard-boiled, then hold them in cold water, and then peel them. You can finely chop the eggs using an ordinary vegetable cutter, however, it is recommended to rub on a coarse grater.

    Rinse the carrots and peel them thoroughly, then grate them on a grater (large or medium to taste). It is recommended to grate the carrots on a Korean carrot grater.

    Green frozen peas must be defrosted, and canned peas must be thrown from a jar in a colander or sieve, wait until all the liquid has drained, then rinsed under running cold water.

It is necessary to do this in the following sequence: lay out the boiled chicken fillet with the first layer, the next - finely grated or chopped pickled cucumbers. Then the next layer is carrots, followed by green peas, followed by a layer of boiled prunes.

    On top, everything is covered with mayonnaise, after which the salad should be left in the refrigerator for several hours so that all layers of the salad can be saturated.

    2. We extract the cucumbers from the brine or marinade and chop them into strips.
    3. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings. To get rid of the bitterness, pour boiling water on the onion and leave it for 5 minutes, then put it in a colander and cool it.
    4. Peel the apple, cut out the core. Cut the fruit pulp into thin rectangular slices, the size of which should approximately coincide with the pieces of bell pepper.
    5. To prevent the apple slices from darkening and losing their appearance, we put them in a deep container and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add all the vegetable components of the Prague salad to the apple, mix.
    6. For dressing, mix mayonnaise with mustard, adjust the portion to taste, add ground pepper. We put the prepared sauce aside for now and start cooking the meat.
    7. Cut the beef into thin slices across the fibers. We wrap with cling film and beat off on both sides.
