Cooking method

  1. Cut the onions into thin rings, chop the cabbage, and cut the sausages into long thin slices. Any kind of cabbage is suitable for such a pie. It will be good with color, and with broccoli, and even with Brussels. A pie made of puff pastry with sauerkraut also comes out very tasty. But today we will cook from the usual, white. The most important thing - when buying cabbage, pay attention to the fact that it does not have any dark points and cracks, rot and fungus.

  1. Take 1 kilogram of finished puff pastry and cut it in half.
