We let the dough stand for half an hour, after which we fry the pancakes in a well-heated and oiled frying pan, pouring a little liver mass and frying on both sides until light golden.   • chicken liver 500 g
  • milk 100ml
  • egg 2 pcs.
  • flour 80gr
  • 2 tbsp butter
