Cooking:

1. Wash the meat and cut it into pieces, transfer to a bowl. Add flour, salt and black pepper to the meat, mix. Turn on the pressure cooker and put in the oil, turn on the Saute mode and fry the meat until golden brown, then remove from the bowl and put in a bowl.

Most people have a hard time imagining everyday meals without meat or meat products. And I completely agree with them. Meat is indeed a very valuable, nutritious and healthy product for the body. Therefore, I cook it in different variations almost constantly. My family members prefer stewed potatoes with meat. This is a wonderful dish that does not require much effort, I remember and love it from childhood. And if you cook it in a pressure cooker-multicooker, then you won’t need much time.
The advantage of stewed potatoes with meat, first of all, is that the dish turns out to be very fragrant, incredibly tender and tasty. In addition, thanks to the pressure cooker, it is not too high in calories, which means it will not harm your figure.
I share my recipe with everyone. Buy the necessary ingredients: lean pork, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, meat spices and vegetable oil.

Wash well and cut the pork meat into small pieces. Most often, I immediately add seasonings, spices, salt there and leave it to marinate while I prepare the rest of the ingredients of the dish.




Take one medium-sized onion and cut into small or half rings. Slicing the onion is up to you, if the family does not like it very much, then it is better that it be chopped as finely as possible.




Cut a large tomato in half and cut each half into thin rings.




Wash and clean potatoes. Cut into slices or cubes (optional).






Pour sunflower oil into the pressure cooker bowl and put the chopped onion there.




Spread an even layer of chopped potatoes on top of the onion.
