  • eggplant - 3-4 pcs.
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.

  3. Don't know how to cook it? Easy peasy! We make a cross-shaped incision on the tomatoes, pour boiling water, after half a minute we drain the water and remove the skin without any problems. After that, grate the tomatoes or chop them by hand.
