Let's start cooking. To start, I take 120 grams butter(you can use margarine for baking) and melt it, I do it in the microwave

Let the oil cool down a bit so it doesn't get hot. While the oil is cooling, I dissolve 10-12 grams in 120 ml of warm milk raw yeast(you can use dry 1 teaspoon), add a pinch of salt. Then pour warm butter into the milk-yeast mixture.

I sift 300 grams of flour and knead the dough


It's very flexible and doesn't stick to your hands.


I put the dough in plastic bag and put it in the fridge for an hour. After an hour has passed, I take out the dough and roll it into a layer, it is not necessary to roll it very thinly. Sprinkle with sugar, take about 0.5 tablespoon


I fold the sheet in half and roll it out again. I repeat this action 3-4 more times, each time sprinkling with sugar. As a result, I get a layer, the same as it was at the very beginning. I cut out cookies with cookie cutters


Pour sugar into a plate and dip each cookie on one side in sugar


I spread the cookies on a baking sheet and send them to preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. I rolled out the rest of the dough and just cut it into triangles.

Heat milk with sour cream until warm. Mix with sugar, yeast and melted butter. Leave for 10 minutes. A cap or foam should form. Then add salt, vanilla, sift flour premium but gradually, not all at once. Knead a soft, slightly sticky dough. Lay the yeast dough cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Turn on the oven, heat up to 200 degrees. Place the cookie sheet in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

  7. if you love air cookies yeast, then it is better to put the dough in a warm place so that it is better for 15 minutes. If you prefer puff pastry, then it must be in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes, for a combination of puff and yeasty taste.
