Everyone knows the classic set of ingredients, these are:

  • boiled meat - 300 gr
  • egg - 4 pieces
  • potatoes - 3 pieces
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • cucumber (fresh or canned) -2-3 pcs (depending on size)
  • green onions - bunch
  • green peas (canned) - 0.5 cans
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation:

1. Boil carrots, potatoes and eggs, cool, peel and cut into small cubes. Try not to overcook vegetables so that when cutting the cubes have a shape and do not fall apart.


2. Boil the meat in salted water, cool and cut also into small cubes. You can use both ham and sausage instead.


3. Cucumbers can be used both fresh and canned. We also cut cucumbers into cubes.


We try to cut all the ingredients to approximately the same size and shape. This will make it look more attractive.

4. Put all the chopped ingredients in a large bowl. You don't need to stir anything.

5. Add the chopped green onions.


6. Pour in green peas, from which we carefully drain all the water.

7. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix.

8. Before serving, add mayonnaise and mix gently, trying to keep the "cubes" intact.

Preparation:

1. Prepare the sauce. To do this, place beans and garlic in a blender bowl and punch in mashed potatoes. Chop the dill separately for flavor and add it to the resulting mixture.


Mix with mayonnaise and set aside for now.


2. Cut the boiled eggs into halves and remove the yolk. Mash it with a fork and pour in one, maybe a little more, spoonful of sauce. Stir until smooth and fill the halves of the proteins.

Add a little salt to each ingredient if necessary. But you can do without it. Here is a matter of taste!

3. Prepare a dish on which we will collect all the components. The first layer is potatoes. Rub it directly over the dish, and then flatten it with a fork, giving it a round or square shape.


Brush with a little sauce, while not pressing the potatoes too much. It is advisable to make the layers loose, this is precisely what the tenderness of the finished dish is achieved.

4. The next layer will be carrots. Three of it right above the dish, level and pour over the sauce.

5. Then place the sliced \u200b\u200bham cubes. Slightly "pull" them down to cover the bright carrots. The layer also needs a sauce.


6. Cut the cucumbers into cubes and put on the next layer. Put the remaining sauce on them and distribute it evenly.

7. On top of them, place the filled eggs with the convex side up. And if cucumber greens are visible between them, then it should be covered with mayonnaise. Also, grease the side walls with mayonnaise.


8. With the help of cheese we will create snowdrifts. To do this, right above our structure, three hard cheese. And it should cover the entire surface of our treats exactly like snow.


9. Making snowmen. Cut off the ends from the eggs, and in the places of the cut, connect the two halves with a toothpick. She should still stick out above their heads.

Cut two circles out of the carrots, one larger and the second smaller, and plant them sequentially on the edge. This is our hat. We make a nose from carrots, and eyes and buttons from carnations.

The difference between these recipes is in the composition of the ingredients and in the layout of the layers. And cooking it is not at all difficult!

We need:

  • slightly salted red fish (I have salmon) - 150 gr
  • surimi sticks (crab) - 250 gr
  • boiled egg - 6 pcs.
  • walnuts or others - 100 gr
  • processed cheeses - 160 - 200 gr
  • apple "Semerenko" or another sweet and sour variety
  • red Crimean onion - 50 gr (without it)
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp. the spoon
  • mayonnaise - 250 - 300 gr

For the marinade:

  • water - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • salt - 0.5 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. the spoon

Preparation:

You should start cooking in advance, because it takes a lot of time to prepare. And although you don't need to cook anything here, still peeling, chopping and spreading requires enough of it.

1. If you like salads with the addition of onions, you can use it here as well. If you want to make the dish more tender, without the onion flavor, then do not add.

Onions can be cut into cubes or half rings and boiled over or pickled.


I cut them into very thin half rings and pickled them. Next time I will cut into cubes so that it does not feel at all. And pickled it. After the onion has stood for 10 minutes, the marinade should be drained, and the onion should be rinsed thoroughly. Try it, it shouldn't be sour, it can ruin the whole taste.


3. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grind half of the proteins on a medium grater, and half on a fine grater. Mash the yolks with a fork.

5. Mix gelatin with sour cream. They say that you can use mayonnaise instead of sour cream. But to be honest, I haven't tried it. The sour cream recipe also turns out to be tasty, and not so high in calories.

Therefore, if one of you is not at all a fan of fatty foods, then sour cream will be just right.

6. Let's prepare a suitable form, it is better to take a silicone one. It will be easy to get a chilled salad from it. If you do not have such a form, then cover the form with cling film. We begin to shape our dish. Put a layer of salmon on the bottom, then herring. Layering with sour cream and gelatin.

7. Then the next layers - eggs, carrots and beets. Salt each layer and layer it well with a mixture of sour cream and gelatin.

8. Cover the top layer with cling film and send it to the refrigerator until it cools completely.

RECIPE FOR RICE SALAD WITH LIVER

What do you need:
(for 5-6 servings)
1 tbsp. parboiled rice
500 g beef liver (for a more delicate taste, beef liver can be replaced with veal or chicken)
4 boiled eggs
200 g hard cheese
200 g canned corn
flour - for breading

Homemade mayonnaise:
3 yolks
150 ml vegetable oil
30 ml lemon juice (1/4 lemon)
1 tsp Russian mustard
1 tsp Sahara
a pinch of salt

How to Make Liver Rice Salad:

1. There are several secrets in cooking the liver that will help make it soft and juicy.

Always choose fresh liver, not frozen.

Pour boiling water over the liver and immediately immerse in cold water. Remove the outer film with a knife, soak in milk for 1 hour. Cut the liver into 1 cm thick pieces, do not salt, roll in flour.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the pieces of liver, fry for about 30 seconds and turn over. Then fry the liver again for about 1.5-2 minutes on each side.

It is important that the oil is hot. In this case, a crust immediately forms on the liver, which keeps all the juice inside. The liver is cooked over medium heat until, when pierced, the juice turns not red, but transparent.

3. Put the finished liver on a paper towel and blot with a napkin to absorb excess oil.

4. Grate the cooled liver on a fine grater.


5. Simultaneously with cooking the liver, boil the rice until tender and rinse in cold water.

6. Drain the liquid from the corn.

7. Divide eggs into white and yolk, grate separately on a fine grater.

8. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

9. For the mayonnaise, put the yolks in a bowl, add salt, sugar and mustard. Whisk vigorously for 1 minute.


10. Add lemon juice to whipped yolks and beat lightly.

11. Continuing to beat the egg-lemon mixture, add vegetable oil in a thin stream and beat the mixture to the consistency you need.

Traditional homemade mayonnaise is usually added with lemon juice at the end of cooking to produce a denser, smoother texture. If you first introduce juice, the mayonnaise turns out to be lush and airy. It is especially good to keep this sauce in the cold for at least 1-2 hours.

RECIPE FOR WARM SALAD WITH CHICKEN

What do you need:
(for 4 servings)
400 g chicken breast fillet
1 onion
4 boiled jacket potatoes
2 green apples
2-3 cloves of garlic
lettuce mix
vegetable oil - for frying
salt to taste

Sauce:
300 g thick natural yoghurt
1 bunch of cilantro
1 bunch of dill
2 tsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
freshly ground pepper mixture - to taste

It is better to use deep bowls for this dish to keep the salad warm longer. Before serving the salad, the plates can be slightly warmed up in the microwave.

How to make a warm chicken salad:

1. Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into thin slices and then cut into long strips. Do not salt.

2. Heat oil in a frying pan, put each strip, shaping it differently. Fry on each side until golden brown. Place the chicken on a paper towel to absorb the excess fat. Salt lightly.

3. Finely chop the onion, fry until golden brown and mix with the chicken.

4. Cored apples and cut into cubes. Sprinkle the apples with lemon juice to keep them from darkening.

5. Cut the potatoes into cubes.

6. Mix chicken, potatoes, apples and add chopped garlic.

7. For the sauce, combine yogurt, lemon juice, chopped herbs, ground pepper and honey.

8. Put a handful of lettuce leaves in a serving plate.

9. Before serving, heat the chicken mixture in a skillet without oil over medium heat and place on a plate.

Serve the sauce separately.

RECIPE FOR NEW YEAR'S SPICY SALAD WITH A SPICE

What do you need:
(for 4 servings)
2 packs of fresh spinach (can be substituted with any lettuce or salad mix)
150 g blue cheese (we used the most democratic, inexpensive option)
2 pears
1 tbsp. walnuts
2 tbsp honey
0.5 tsp vegetable oil

Refueling:
200 g of natural yoghurt
3 tsp grain mustard
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

It is better to choose pears for this snack firm enough, but ripe and moderately sweet.

But nuts in caramel should not be replaced with raw chopped ones, since they are the second most important component after blue cheese.

How to make a New Year's spicy salad with a twist:

1. Put the nuts in a hot frying pan and, stirring quickly, fry over medium heat until a pleasant characteristic aroma appears. Make sure the nuts do not burn.

2. Pour honey into a frying pan and mix the nuts thoroughly. Continue to fry until the nuts have a nice caramel color and gloss. The whole process will take you 1-2 minutes.

3. Put the toasted nuts on a plate greased with vegetable oil. Try to arrange the nuts so that they do not touch each other and do not stick together when they cool.

4. Cut the pear into thin slices, break the cheese into small pieces.

5. For dressing, mix yoghurt, balsamic and mustard.

6. Sort the spinach and place on a plate. Arrange the pears, cheese and nuts, and serve the sauce separately.
