Recently, I have adapted to cook lazy pies with onion and egg on kefir, you can also call them stuffed pancakes. They turn out, of course, not as airy as real pies, but they are quick and also very tasty.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm kefir (250 ml)
  • 1 raw egg
  • 200-230 g flour
  • 1 tsp without a slide of soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • a pinch of sugar

For filling:

  • 30 g green onions
  • 2 boiled eggs

Cooking:

finely cut green onion.

Cut two boiled eggs into small cubes.

Pour soda into kefir, mix and wait until the soda is completely extinguished (kefir stops hissing).

Add flour, egg, salt and sugar.

Mix and get pretty thick dough. It should be slightly thicker than regular pancakes, i.e. should not drain freely from a spoon.
