  • 5-6 cloves of garlic;
  • 5 tbsp. spoonfuls of flour;
  • 60 grams of mayonnaise;
  • a bunch of fresh parsley and dill.

How to make a cake?

You can serve it even warm or cold - it is equally tasty and quite satisfying, so the male part of the tasters will be delighted, despite the fact that the dish does not contain meat at all.

Mushroom Cake Filling

To prepare the filling for the squash cake according to the recipe, chop the onion as small as possible into cubes and fry in a pan in 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil until golden brown, there to send mushrooms, cut into small slices, and continue heat treatment until the liquid completely evaporates. The list of required products is quite simple:

  • Two zucchini.
  • One hundred grams of crab sticks.
  • 200 grams of processed cheese of good quality.
  • Four eggs.
  • A few cloves of garlic for flavor.
  • 100 grams of mayonnaise + 40 grams for the top.
  • 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of flour.
  • Two small tomatoes + a couple of sprigs of greens to decorate the finished dish.

Grate zucchini, squeeze juice and mix with two eggs, flour and salt for taste reasons, you can also add any spice, based on your taste. Then in a pan, bake three pancakes from the resulting dough and cool them slightly.

Grate the cheese and mix with garlic and half a dose of mayonnaise. Cut the crab sticks into small pieces, add two boiled eggs and the rest of the mayonnaise to them. We collect the cake in a stack in this order: first, a pancake from zucchini dough, distribute the filling from crab sticks with an egg on it with an even layer, then the next pancake from zucchini, on top of which is a filling of cheese and garlic. Gently press the cake on top so that the layers stick together a little, then on top of it draw a mayonnaise net on which we sprinkle finely chopped greens. From fresh tomatoes, we cut out roses with a sharp knife and place them in the center of the finished cake.
