  • arugula - bunch

We will prepare the salad with frozen tiger prawns bought for the occasion in the Ocean store. These crustaceans are a real delicacy, low in calories and healthy. It contains omega-3, polyunsaturated fats, proteins with proteins. 120 g of shrimp contains the daily requirement of selenium.

We defrost them in cold water, rinse. Dry with a paper towel and remove the shell.

  3. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, cutting around the seed. We take the halves and turn them - one clockwise, the other counterclockwise, the halves are easily separated.
  4. Cut the peeled avocado into pieces so that they have the shape and size of a shrimp. So it will be convenient to eat them, and our dish will look more aesthetically pleasing. Put the chopped fruit in a bowl with shrimps.
  5. Add pickled capers to the salad. Capers have a pronounced tart taste, and in addition, they give a piquant taste to the salad with their acidity.
  6. Chop a little green onion, put in a separate bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice so that it loses its onion spiciness.
  7. We bake large sweet bell peppers in the oven at a temperature of 280 degrees. It turns out to be very fragrant, we clean it from the peel and seeds. Cut into small slices and combine with salad.
  8. Add pickled green onions there, add a little olive oil and lemon juice.
  9. Do not forget to add salt to taste. Gently mix the salad. We serve this salad in a deep, beautiful plate.

After that, rinse with cold water, separate the meat from the shell and remove the intestines. The shrimps are ready to eat.


Cut the crab sticks into pieces, put them in a deep plate together with the shrimps.


Top with capers and chopped eggs. We use quail eggs in this recipe, but you can substitute chicken eggs for them.


Cut the tomatoes into quarters, cut out the pulp, cut the rest into small pieces. Chop green onions. We send everything to the plate.


Add salt, freshly ground black pepper, seasonings and mayonnaise. We mix everything.

  • Shrimps 450-500 gr.
  • Canned pineapple 4 rings
  • Apples 4 pcs.
  • Iceberg lettuce leaves
  • Hard cheese 80 gr.
  • Crab sticks 250 gr.

Ingredients:

  • Shrimps 500 gr.
  • Lettuce leaves 1 bunch
  • Canned pineapple 1 can
  • Pitted olives 1 can
  • Celery stalk 1-2 pcs.
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp spoons
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Natural yogurt 3-4 tbsp. spoons
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking process:

Cooking process:

Peel the grapefruit and remove the film from the slices. It is necessary that there is only one pulp without films.


Cut the cucumbers into large cubes. If you come across cucumbers with a bitter taste, you will have to remove the bitter peel from them.


Crush the lemongrass with a knife and chop coarsely. If the stalks of this herb are not found, you can replace it with lemon zest.


Cut hot chili peppers into rings, but only to the point where the seeds begin. The seeds do not need to be used.

  • olive oil - 100 ml. for refueling;
  • vegetable oil - a little for frying;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;

  • king prawns - 1 kg;
  • cherry tomatoes - 200 g;
  • white bread - 2-3 slices for croutons.
  • garlic - 1 clove in a salad, 1 for dressing;
  • mustard - 1 tsp;
  • green salad "Iceberg" - 1 bunch;
  • lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the bread into cubes, put on a baking sheet to dry.
  2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, warm up, put a clove of garlic cut in half, and remove after boiling. Then fry the croutons.

"Caribbean" - this name was given to the squid salad, although in the classic version it is prepared on the basis of chicken with pineapple and strawberries. Ingredients:

  • orange - 1 pc.;
  • greens - a couple of dill sprigs;
  • canned olives - 1 can;
  • shrimp and squid - 200 g each;
  • bell pepper - 1 pc. better than red;
  • mustard - 1-2 tablespoons;
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon;
  • natural yogurt - 100 ml;
  • pepper and salt - to your liking.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil and then peel the carcasses and cut in half. Blanch the squid in boiling water for a couple of minutes, then remove the skin, chop them into strips.
  2. Rinse pepper, remove seeds. Cut the vegetable into strips too.
  3. Peel the orange, then cut into small pieces.
  4. Grind olives, chop greens.

Ingredients:

  • canned corn and peas - 200 g each;
  • crab sticks - 250 g;
  • mayonnaise - 150 g;
  • egg - 4 pcs.;
  • crustaceans - 300 g;
  • pepper - a little for cooking;
  • bay leaf - 1 pc .;
  • salt to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil the eggs immediately. They should be hard-boiled.
  2. Boil the carcasses in a separate saucepan with salted water, bay leaves and pepper. For cooking, 1-2 minutes are enough.
  3. At this time, remove the film from the crab sticks, cut them into medium cubes.
