If you are using metal molds, grease them with butter and dust lightly with flour. Fill out the forms completely with the test. Sprinkle each muffin with sugar and place in the oven, preheated to 205C. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

BERRY MUFFINS

Ingredients:
200 g premium wheat flour
¼ tsp - soda
200 g sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ nutmeg.

100 g vegetable oil
150 ml milk (2.6%)
100 g blueberries
100 g currants

SALTED MUFFINS

Ingredients:
Russian hard cheese - 100 g
bacon - 80 g
dill - 2-3 sprigs
garlic - 1 clove

For test:
flour - 250 g of premium wheat flour
milk - 170 ml (2.6%)
eggs - 2 pcs.
salt - 0.5 teaspoon,
sugar - 0.5 teaspoon,
baking powder - 2 teaspoons,
butter - 70 ml

Cooking method:

Melt butter. Turn on the oven at 205C. In separate bowls, mix dry and liquid ingredients until fully combined. You don't need to whip anything.   • blueberries and currants - 100 g each;
  • premium flour - 250 g;
  • milk 2.6% fat content -150 ml;
  • sugar - 200 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • salt - ½ tsp;
  • baking powder - 2 tsp;
  • a quarter of nutmeg;
  • vegetable oil - 100 g.

Any recipe will first recommend washing the berries and then drying them. This one is no exception. Further steps completely repeat the previous recipe: dry and liquid ingredients are mixed separately. Then the liquid ones are introduced to the dry ones and in 15-20 rotational movements with a spoon they are connected.

Now the mass should be divided into two halves. The recipe prescribes adding currants to the first one, and blueberries to the second one, after rolling them in flour (this is necessary for even distribution of the berries). A couple more mixing motions and you're done.

After that, you need to lay out the muffins in molds, filling them completely with dough, sprinkle with sugar and bake at the same temperature (205 degrees) for 18-20 minutes.

Salty

The following pastries are original: they are not traditionally sweet, but salty. Such unusual muffins, for sure, will appeal to lovers of cheese and bacon. To prepare them, you will need to stock up:

  • bacon - 80 g;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • a couple of sprigs of dill;
  • 100 g of hard cheese (the recipe recommends taking Russian);
  • premium flour - 250 g;
  • 2 eggs;
  • milk 2.6% fat - 170 ml;
  • salt and sugar - ½ tsp each. everyone;
  • baking powder - 2 tsp;
  • vegetable oil - 70 ml.

Muffins are prepared as follows:
