The dough should be homogeneous and very thick. If you put the dough in a spoon, it will be hard to drain from it. Please note that it should not be liquid, and the pancakes do not get fluffy.

Add soda and curry, mix. For spiciness, you can add black ground pepper. Spice curry gives the dish a rich taste, but if you do not have such a spice, then nothing scary, add your favorite.
