Add it to a pot of vegetables and stir immediately. After 5-7 minutes, when the rice is cooked, gently dip the chicken meatballs into the soup.

Stir. Cook rice soup with meatballs for another 10 minutes over low heat. At the end of cooking, try moderately salty soup, if not, add salt to it. Remove the bay leaves to keep the soup from becoming bitter. For a more pronounced aroma, the soup with rice and chicken meatballs can be flavored with finely chopped garlic and herbs.

Transfer the finely chopped vegetables to a clean small bowl and fill it with plain tap water so that it completely covers the potatoes. Then the component will not darken when exposed to air.

Step 4: prepare the onions.


Using a knife, peel the onion and rinse it thoroughly under running water. Next, put the component on a cutting board and finely chop into cubes. Pour the chopped onions into a clean plate.

Step 5: prepare the carrots.


Peel the carrots from the skin with a vegetable cutter and rinse well under running water. Now we put the vegetable on a cutting board and, using a knife, finely chop into cubes or semicircles. Move the crushed component into a free plate.

Step 6: prepare the parsley.


We wash the parsley under running water, shake off excess liquid and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the herbs and pour into a clean plate. This component does not need to be added to the soup. I usually sprinkle parsley on a dish before serving so that it smells of summer freshness and doesn't lose vitamins during cooking.

Step 7: prepare the meatball and rice soup.


Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pan and put on medium heat. When the contents of the container are well heated, pour chopped onions and carrots here. Stirring with a wooden spatula from time to time, fry the vegetables until light golden brown. Immediately after that, turn off the burner and continue to cook the soup.

We moisten clean hands under running water and make meatballs from minced pork and beef ( 1 half tablespoon - 1 scoop). This must be done so that the ground meat does not stick and keep its shape. Put the finished balls on a cutting board and leave it alone for a while.

Now pour clean cool water into a large saucepan and set it on high heat. To make the liquid boil faster, cover the container with a lid. Immediately after that, pour a little salt here and mix everything well with a tablespoon. Then carefully put the potato pieces here and pour in the washed rice. When the water boils a second time, add the meatballs to the pan, as well as spices such as curry and black pepper. Gently mix everything with the improvised inventory, slightly reduce the heat and cook the soup for 20-25 minutesuntil the meatballs are cooked. Important: time still depends on the size of the meatballs. The larger they are, the longer the soup will take. And vice versa. After 15 minutes you can get one ball and cut it into two parts. If the inside of the meatball is light brown (the main thing is not red or pink), then you can proceed to the final stage of cooking.
