I want to remind you that mashed potatoes should not be dry, so do not regret milk if you are not going to use the sauce.

And on some resources I found advice when using mashed potatoes to use a blender, not a pusher. My dear! Never do it! Instead of a pleasant mass, you got a paste, which is simply impossible to eat, and even washed from the dishes. I made a similar mistake for several years and now I am warning you against it.

Potato casserole with cheese and mushrooms (champignons)

Mushrooms in combination with meat give a lot of nutrients, because the basis of these products is protein. And with a side dish like potatoes, you get a satisfying meal with good nutritional value.

The casserole itself is considered a festive dish, although we not only treat them to guests, but just cook on ordinary days. And if you add mushrooms to it, you can only improve its taste.


Ingredients:

  • 4 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g hard cheese
  • 1 kg of minced meat
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 400 g champignon
  • Mayonnaise

Cut the champignons into plates. We will fry them in a pan for 10 minutes. Before turning off the fire, salt and pepper the filling.


Finely chop the onion, and grate the carrots. And now you need to put the onions in a frying pan heated with oil, so that it is fried until golden brown, and then add carrots to it. And put out until the carrots are soft.


Then stew or fry the meat in a separate pan. We will not mix it with vegetables, and we will lay them out in separate layers.

We cut potatoes into thin rings. You can grate it on a special grater for slices, if you have one.

Now prepare the baking dish. It is necessary to lubricate it well with oil so that the casserole is more golden and easily gets off the walls and bottom.

Put the potatoes in the first layer.


Sprinkle seasonings on top. Then make a layer of champignons.


The carrot mixture rests on it.


Lay out the minced meat with a finishing layer and take it well with a spoon.

Apply mayonnaise mesh on top.


Turn on the oven 200 degrees, wait 7 minutes for it to warm up, and send our dish to bake for half an hour.


Ten minutes before cooking, sprinkle the top with grated cheese.

Gentle casserole of potatoes and minced turkey

Poultry is considered dietary because it is easier to digest and does not contain fat. I suggest trying to make a dinner of turkey, this meat is very well baked and remains tender.

Ingredients:

  • Minced turkey - 1.1 kg
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 large carrots
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Soft curd cheese - 400 g
  • Hard cheese - 120 g
  • Salt pepper
  • Ketchup
  • Butter

Grind onions and carrots and send them to fry in butter until soft.

Peel the potatoes and set it to simmer.

Grind the tomatoes, add three teaspoons of ketchup to it and squeeze the garlic to them. Stir this mass and send to stew for carrots.


Minced meat from turkey is better to take chilled rather than frozen. So it will be more tender.

We spread it to the stewed vegetables and leave it to readiness.


At this time, we have everything cooked for the basics. We will not pour milk into it, but mix it with curd cheese. So the mash becomes very white and tender.

The first layer lay meat with vegetables. On top of it we generously make a layer of grated cheese and cover the meat with mashed potatoes.

Set our dish to bake 200 degrees until a golden crust appears, it's about 25-30 minutes.

  • 7 potatoes

  • 150 ml of milk
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 50 g cheese

Cut the potatoes into strips. In this recipe, you need to fry it, so we prepare a pan with a thick bottom, heat the oil on it and spread the straw.

Now it's the turn of vegetables. Finely chop the onion, chop the carrots, and cut the tomato. If you do not like its boiled peel, then pour boiling water over it and remove the peel.

In a separate pan, we begin to fry all the prepared vegetables in oil until the carrots are soft. It will take about 3-5 minutes.

Do not forget to salt and pepper the whole filling.

We spread this vegetable mass on frying and mix.

Now the dish needs to be tied with filling. To do this, make an egg mixture. In eggs we introduce eggs with salt and beat well to get a homogeneous consistency.


And now you can pour this mixture of vegetable mass. At this stage, you can add greens or seasonings.



  For the mixture to seize, we will fry the dish for about fifteen minutes. Then cover the entire surface with cheese and leave the pan on fire for another 5 minutes. That's all.

Hearty Potato Casserole with Cabbage

This dish can be prepared with any vegetables and we all know that adding them to food saturates the body with fiber, which helps to digest food. Perhaps you have forks of fresh cabbage, which is one of the leaders in the content of nutrients. Then let him go.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 150 g hard cheese
  • 300 g cabbage
  • 6 potato tubers
  • 250 g mayonnaise
  • 1 onion head
  • Butter

Grease the baking sheet with butter and spread the onion half rings.


On top of it we make a layer of minced meat, which we soak with mayonnaise. We cover it with the remains of potatoes.


Finely chop the cabbage, the stripes should turn out thin and short.


We spread it on top of the meat and also soak it with mayonnaise. To make it easier to soak, it is better to mix it in a separate bowl with sauce, and only then put it on a baking sheet.

With the final layer we will make cheese grated on a coarse grater, on top of which we apply mayonnaise in a thick layer.


Now put the baking pan for 35 minutes at a temperature of 250 degrees.

Cooking a dish without cheese with Maggi seasoning in the oven

Ready-made seasonings help save time on the preparation of the fill. It just needs to be diluted with milk and pour the ingredients. You do not need to add salt and pepper, because they are already present in the composition of Maggi.


Ingredients:

  • 850 ml of milk
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 600 g minced meat
  • 2 bags of Maggie seasoning casserole

We cut the potatoes into rings and immediately lay them on the bottom of the mold.


In a separate bowl, add salt and pepper to the meat, mix thoroughly. If it turned out to be thick, we will dilute it a little for juiciness with water. Enough about a quarter cup.

Then we put the meat on this layer. And close our filling with a potato layer, but not chopped, but grated, so that the fill better seeps deeper.

Zucchini is added to almost all dishes. Its unobtrusive taste does not interrupt the main ingredients, but the food is more juicy and tender.

Therefore, we will add it to the meat. This is not the only highlight of this recipe, the sauce will give a special feature, which we will prepare later.


Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 large zucchini
  • Onion head
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 60 g butter
  • 120 ml of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Sour cream
  • 150 g cheese

Vegetable oil
  Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and send them to cook until tender. In the process add 1 tsp. salt.
  Finely chop the onion and garlic and begin to fry until a golden hue appears.

Zucchini grate on a grater. If your vegetable is not young, it is better to cut off the whole skin from it. Also, salt the mass and leave it for 10 minutes so that the zucchini gives juice. Before we use it, the mass will need to be squeezed out well.


As soon as we see that the onion has acquired the color we need, put the minced meat to it and fry it on medium heat for about 5 minutes.


Then squeeze the zucchini to the meat.

Lubricate the baking dish with soft butter and sprinkle it with flour, semolina or breadcrumbs.

Put the butter and milk in the potatoes and carefully remember everything in mashed potatoes.


There we add a raw egg so that it does not have time to curl, immediately quickly mix it with the mass.

All the moisture has already evaporated from the roasting, so it's time to collect the casserole.


On a greased baking sheet, put half the mashed potatoes, the whole mass with zucchini will go on it.



Now mix the grated cheese with breadcrumbs and cover them with the whole casserole.


We send to bake in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.


Now the highlight of this recipe! Serve this casserole with tomato sauce.

Tomato sauce:

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 300 ml of water
  • Salt, sugar, sunli hops
  • 1 clove of garlic

Pour oil into the stewpan, warm it well. Then pour in 1 tbsp. flour and fry over low heat until creamy.


Then spread the paste and add water. Mix the mixture thoroughly with a whisk so that no lumps form.


For piquancy, squeeze the garlic into it and add seasoning. As soon as the sauce boils, remove the stewpan from the heat.
