Ingredients:

  • 200 - 250 g of cooked sausage without fat;

For a quarter kilo of squid and the same number of shrimp, you will also need:

  • 2 "cool" eggs;
  • mayonnaise mixed with salt and seasonings.

Cooking:

  1. Defrost seafood in advance.
  2. First, scald the squids with boiling water and peel the film off them, then cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Cook shrimps in salt water for 3 - 3.5 minutes.
  3. Prepare and cut all the seafood. Their pieces should be approximately the same.
  4. Grind boiled eggs at random.
  5. Mix food and season appetizer.

Korean carrot and pork salad

Prepare the following products for a quarter kilo of smoked pork:

  • 1 head of white sweet onion;
  • 1 full glass of spicy carrot straws;
  • classic mayonnaise with salt.

Cooking:

  1. Boneless smoked pork is cut into long, thin strips.
  2. The onion is peeled and chopped into thin half rings. It must be scalded with boiling water to remove bitterness.   After that, put on a colander / sieve to glass the liquid.

  • 350 g boneless smoked chicken;
  • as many fresh mushrooms;
  • bulb;
  • 4 "cool" eggs;
  • a pair of strong cucumbers;
  • table greens;
  • spices suitable for chicken, salt;
  • fresh cranberries.

Cooking:

  1. Smoked chicken sticks will be the first layer of the snack. Instead, you can take any other bird. The meat layer can not be salted, but it must be smeared with sauce.
  2. Next, pieces of fresh cucumbers with sauce and salt are distributed.
  3. For the third layer, you must first boil any forest mushrooms, and then fry them until tender along with pieces of onion. Salt, add spices.

Take a look at the list of products, they will not hit your wallet at all, which means the snack will be budgetary and will fit easily into menu. By the way, for decoration, you can use any greenfinch, for example dill or fresh cucumbers. But, I suggest taking a regular carrot and making stars out of it, and making parsley the diameter of a round saucer.

We will need:

  • boiled carrot - 1 pc.
  • jacket potatoes - 0.4 kg
  • c1 egg - 4 pcs.
  • smoked chicken - 0.2 kg
  • salted cucumber or pickled - 1 pc.
  • hard cheese - 45 g
  • boiled sausage as a serving
  • black olives
  • mayonnaise


Stages:

1. Since the salad will be layered, immediately prepare a serving tray. And start spreading the products in this order, the first is the peeled boiled potato. Rub it on a coarse grater in the form of a sun (1 pc.). Lubricate with a net of mayonnaise.

We will need:

  • trout or salmon - 0.2 kg
  • olive oil - 2 tsp
  • boiled peeled potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • boiled peeled carrots - 2 pcs.
  • cool egg - 3 pcs.
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • granulated sugar - a pinch
  • mayonnaise
  • apple - 1 pc.

Stages:

New Year's clock is a symbol of the passing old year and the coming of the next. Therefore, the chefs did not go around this object, devoting him delicious salads.


Essential Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 300 gr.
  • Hard cheese - 150 gr.
  • Korean carrots - 150 gr.
  • Egg - 3 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, grate the cheese on a medium grater. Separate the egg white from the yolk. Now we begin to lay out the layers of lettuce. The first layer will be chicken, grease it with mayonnaise.


Put a layer of Korean carrots on top and again mayonnaise.


Then a layer of grated yolks, then grated proteins and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Grease each layer with mayonnaise. Don’t be too zealous pouring mayonnaise on everything so that your salad will keep its shape, and not spread across the table.


Thinly cut the carrots and make arrows and a dial out of it. It is possible not as in the picture, but in your own way.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breast - 400 gr.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Egg - 3 pcs.
  • Potato - 4 pcs.
  • Cheese - 150 gr.
  • Almonds - 200 gr.
  • Mayonnaise - 500 gr.
  • Canned corn - 350 gr.
  • Pickled Cucumber - 2 pcs.
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.

Boil chicken, vegetables and chop it all finely. Grate the cheese. Fry the onion. Now put everything in a plate and mix. Add mayonnaise.


From the resulting mixture, we sculpt figures in a shape similar to cones.

Lubricate the cones with mayonnaise and lay the almonds on top to make something like cone flakes. Garnish the salad with a sprig of rosemary or dill.

Merchant festive meat salad for the New Year


Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms (raw champignons) - 300 gr.
  • Meat (boiled pork) - 250 gr.
  • Egg - 4 pcs.
  • Cucumbers - 3-5 pcs.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese - 200 gr.
  • Black olives
  • Vegetable oil for frying mushrooms
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Boiled carrots for decoration

Cut the onion and fry it until golden brown. Add chopped mushrooms to the onion and fry them. You need to salt the mushrooms when they are fried.


Grate the cucumber and put the next layer in the salad. Then a layer of grated carrots. Brush a layer of carrot with mayonnaise.


Then a layer of grated cheese, smeared with mayonnaise, a layer of fried mushrooms, and the last layer - grated eggs.


Top with a layer of eggs grease with mayonnaise. Carefully remove the glass from the salad and decorate the salad with olives and herbs.

New Year's salad Dog

The first recipe I want to offer you is a very simple and elegant, New Year's salad Dog.


For this salad we need:

  • Chicken liver - 0.5 kg.
  • Eggs - 3-4 pcs.
  • Canned or boiled peas - 250 g.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Mayonnaise or Sour Cream
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
  • Black olives - a couple of pieces for decoration

Boil potatoes, carrots, eggs. Cook the chicken liver in whole slices. Cut potatoes and carrots into small pieces, three liver and eggs on a coarse grater. Onion cut into half rings.


In a pan, fry the onions, bring to a golden hue, add carrots, fry for another 5 minutes on medium flame, stirring occasionally.

In salad, we use only half the liver, the second half remains for decoration.

We divide the eggs into proteins and yolks. The yolks go to the salad, and the squirrels are left for decoration. We chop the yolks and add to the total salad mass.

We combine all the ingredients, namely: potatoes, liver, peas, yolks, fried carrots with onions. Season with sour cream with salt and spices (you can add a little mustard), mix.


We take a suitable dish and begin to lay out the layers in such a way as to get the outline of the dog's face. Where there is a nose, we spread the salad a little bit. And the ears, on the contrary, are made below the rest of the muzzle. Color the face with egg white and liver. We make eyes out of olives, and a tongue out of carrots.


This salad will delight the eye on the New Year's table and give a special atmosphere to your feast.

New Year's salad with smoked chicken and mushrooms Yellow Dog

This recipe is a little more interesting than the previous one due to its ingredients. There is smoked chicken, it will need to be bought in advance, because before the holidays, all the best products disappear from the stores. You can try replacing smoked chicken with smoked sausage. The coming year is the year of the dog, so I would like to have a dish in the form of this symbol on the table. It tastes even very good. So try it, I hope I like it too.


Essential Salad Products:

  • Smoked chicken (or smoked sausage) - 1 pc.
  • Processed cheese (medium soft) - 1 pc.
  • Potato - 5 pcs.
  • Carrots - 5 pcs.
  • Eggs - 5 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise or sour cream - 150 g
  • Pickled mushrooms (champignons) - 150 g
  • Cooked sausage (for decoration) - slice
  • Carnation (for decoration) - 6 pcs.
  • Salt, ground black pepper - to taste

We take the potatoes, boil it, peel and rub on a medium or fine grater. After that, take a large plate and spread the grated potatoes so that the contours of the dog’s head are obtained.


Now grease the potatoes with mayonnaise and spread on top of it a layer of smoked chicken. We also lubricate it with mayonnaise. Boil the eggs, clean and separate the yolk and protein. Rub the protein on a fine grater and spread the next layer with it.

Next, put the chopped pickled mushrooms and grated cheese on top. Next, grate boiled carrots and spread the next layer. Put the grated potatoes on the carrots again.


Now it remains to make a face for the dog. To do this, we rub the yolk and lay out the picture of the muzzle with it, on the sides of the ears we make white.
