To prepare this dish, we need a small margin of time, because we need to complete the preparatory stage, which consists of cooking minced meat, steaming rice. Next, the main stage is the formation and frying of meatballs, as well as the preparation of the sauce. And the last stage - pouring meatballs with sauce and stewing over low heat.

for meatballs:

  • fresh meat (pork) - 500 g.,
  • rice - 150-200 g.,
  • turnip onion - 1 pc.,
  • garlic - 2 cloves,
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.,
  • salt, sea sludge - 1.5 tsp.,
  • ground pepper - a pinch.

for sauce:

  • carrot root crop - 1 pc.,
  • turnip 1 pc.,
  • tomato paste (sauce, ketchup) - 2 tbsp. l.,
  • sour cream - 100 g.,
  • wheat flour - 2 tbsp. l.,
  • water - 1 l.,
  • lemon juice - 1-2 tsp.,

We rinse the rice to wash away the impurities, and pour hot water for 30 minutes. Next, we discard the rice in a colander.

We twist it in a meat grinder along with onions and garlic.
