  • 100 g butter
  • 1.5 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder (preferably ammonium)
  • 150 gr. pitted frozen cherries

How to cook a curd cake in the oven:

We combine eggs with sugar in a deep bowl, where it will be convenient to work with a mixer.

Beat eggs and sugar until sugar crystals are completely dissolved.

Add cottage cheese to the egg-sugar mixture, mix with a spoon.

Now beat the cottage cheese and the egg-sugar mass with a submersible blender. The purpose of this manipulation is to get rid of grains of cottage cheese. If you use curd from the store in the recipe, then it is not necessary to beat with a blender.

Now add the flour and baking powder, and knead thoroughly. You should get a thick, curd dough in which "stands a spoon."

At this stage, add frozen cherries to the dough, and mix gently so that the berries are evenly distributed over the dough.

How to make a curd cake

First, I pour cottage cheese into a bowl, drive eggs. Knead the cottage cheese with eggs a little, add sugar, knead again. Add sour cream to this and add melted butter, knead. When I knead this mixture, I will add soda. I extinguish the soda with vinegar and add here to this mixture. I knead everything well. And the last ingredient remained - flour. I also pour flour here, and knead everything well. Mix to a homogeneous consistency.

I knead the dough, it takes literally 5 minutes. And now I will shift it into the form in which I will bake it. I'm baking in a silicone cupcake. You can take, in principle, any other metal that you have, but if you don’t even have any other cupcake, you can just take a baking dish. It will also be delicious, but will not look like a cupcake.

I’ll grease a little cake pan with sunflower oil. In general, you can not lubricate with sunflower oil. And I spread my dough into it already. The dough needs to be laid out evenly so that it is well distributed in shape.

  • cottage cheese - 110 g (I have homemade fatty);
  • butter - 60 g;
  • wheat flour - 150 g;
  • small eggs - 2 pcs (the weight of two eggs is 90-95 g);
  • baking powder - 1.5 tsp;
  • granulated sugar - 150 g.

How to cook the most delicious curd muffin

Soften the oil at room temperature. I take out two bowls, and preferably three at once, so that everything is at hand. The products are first whipped separately, then mixed, and so the curd cake has an airy, loose structure. In one bowl I cut the butter into slices (soft) and pour half the sugar.

Beat with a mixer. The first couple of minutes at low speed, gradually bringing it to maximum. And I get an almost uniform oily cream. I set it aside.

In a second bowl, break two eggs and pour in the remaining sugar.

Important!  If the eggs are large, then a little more flour will be needed. And if you like sweet muffins, then add sugar in a spoon.

I begin to whip by moving the mixer whiskes up and down to capture the egg-sugar mass from the bottom and near the walls. You should get a lush creamy mixture.

I spread the cottage cheese and its sense in the bowl until the consistency becomes homogeneous.

Tip.  If large lumps come across or the cottage cheese is very dry, it is better to wipe through a sieve or pierce with a blender.

Now you need to combine everything and then beat again. I take the dishes with high sides so that the cream particles do not scatter to the sides. I mix cottage cheese and butter cream. I pour eggs whipped with sugar.
