As a spice, I took a mixture intended for fish - red paprika, leeks, oregano, crushed white pepper, tarragon and other herbs. Dried cutlets in semolina.

Everything was wrapped in foil and put in the oven for 30-40 minutes. At the end of cooking, I opened the top of the foil, sprinkled hake and carrots with lemon juice, and kept it in the oven for 8-10 minutes. The result is a spicy-sweet fish, soft and tender. The pungency depends on the ketchup and lemon juice, it's a matter of taste.
