For the salad you will need:

  • 300 g pumpkin, cut into small (about 1 cm) cubes;

  • milk - 0.5 cups;

For the salad, take:

  • 300 g pumpkin, previously grated on a coarse grater;

Mix all the ingredients and the salad is ready!

  1. Grate 400 g pumpkin on a coarse grater;
  2. Mix with 1 tbsp. l. grated horseradish, you can take ready-made, and with finely chopped onion;
  3. Add finely chopped parsley, dill, a few onion feathers, cilantro;
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste;
  5. Season with a mixture of 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and 1 tbsp. l. ready-made mustard, it will turn out spicy if you take Dijon mustard.

Pumpkin, celery

Grate the pumpkin using a coarse grater, and then in the same amount cut into medium-sized cubes or celery sticks (see also -). Add one large, coarsely grated apple, preferably sweet and sour, add one tbsp. l. lemon juice, season with plain yogurt or vegetable oil.
