First of all, finely chop the onion and fillet. The meat needs to be cut really very finely, you need to spend a little more time on this than with ordinary cutting. Also, do not forget to pre-wash the fillet and clean it of films and veins.


We take a deep dish and mix the chicken, onion, egg, mayonnaise. Pepper and salt, mix well. If you follow the figure, then if you wish, you can do without mayonnaise.

Pour flour into a container and mix everything again. The resulting mixture, ideally, should be sent to the refrigerator for several hours for marinating, even better - overnight.   3. Put the chopped fillet in a bowl, salt, pepper, drive in an egg and mix.

  4. Add sour cream with mustard to the resulting mass and knead well with a spoon.

  5. Starch remains - it will give the “minced meat” thickness and combine all the ingredients together.

    Many cooks add onions and garlic, but I do without them. Now I send the meat preparation prepared in this way for at least 1 hour to the refrigerator so that the fillet is marinated. You can stand it longer, it is very convenient to prepare it in the evening, and quickly fry it in the morning.
