Boil the dried fruit mixture over low heat until thickened. Important: from time to time we stir everything with a spoon so that the sugar is completely dissolved, and the dried apricots do not stick to the base of the pan. For this recipe, it is not necessary to take fresh cherries, you can also use frozen ones. In the second case, you need to defrost it.
