1. Put a tablespoon of white dough in a greased bowl on the very center of it. Put the dough with cocoa in the middle of the white dough.
2. And, alternating between white and dark, lay out and lay out the dough. Sometimes you can shake the bowl from right to left with your hands so that the dough spreads and spreads faster.
3. In photo 3 all the dough is already laid out. It turned out half a bowl, I baked in a 3 liter bowl.
4. You can draw a toothpick from the center to the edges symmetrically to get a cobweb pattern.

Glaze Ingredients:
How to choose the right ingredients:for a fluffy dough, choose a quality baking powder and cocoa powder. Look for expiration date and manufacturer.
In my opinion, this cake no need to decorate, because the painted flower on the surface of the cake is a wonderful decoration anyway. But when I want to give this cake to children, I water it chocolate icing... Children lick the chocolate first and then start eating the cake. I will share the glaze recipe.
For the glaze we need:
Add cocoa powder, milk, sugar to the pan. Heat over low heat, whisking constantly. After 2-3 minuteswhen all the ingredients have melted, add the creamy butter and mix again with a whisk. If the mixture is very liquid, boil it a little. Turn off the fire. After 10 minuteswhen the icing cools down, pour it over our cake.
From above can still be added whipped cream roses or sprinkle with grated chocolate. Condensed milk can be served separately to the cake in bowls.
In order for you to see firsthand how to draw a flower on the surface of a Zebra cake, I suggest watching the following video:
