They write a lot of good things about him, so I decided to try it. I tried it recently, everyone really liked it. Therefore, I decided to continue experimenting with pizza.
The best part is that it takes only 5-7 minutes to make the kefir pizza dough. And when it takes very little time to prepare delicious food, it's always nice!

Yeast dough on kefir for pizza

Let's start with the fact that real kefir pizza dough is not cooked! But what do we care about when the dough turns out to be really tasty.

Ingredients:

  • 0.7l kefir
  • 100ml vegetable oil
  • 3 tsp yeast
  • 2 tsp Sahara
  • 100ml water
  • Flour of the highest grade (about 1.2kg +)

Recipe:

  1. We take warm water in order to dissolve the yeast. Why warm? Because this will make the yeast work faster. It is very important for those who do not often deal with the dough - do not take hot water, it will ruin the yeast.
    Add sugar to the water, stir to dissolve it. Then add yeast and a couple of tablespoons of flour. We mix everything. Cover with a napkin and let stand for 15 minutes.
  2. Add kefir to the yeast, it is better if it is at room temperature. We mix everything.
  3. Sift the flour to make the dough soft. Add flour gradually, at first until the consistency of thick sour cream. Stir well, then add flour further and start adding sunflower oil to it.
  4. When it is no longer possible to stir it with a spoon, put the dough on the table and stir it gradually adding flour.
    The dough should be soft and pliable.
  5. We put the dough in a warm place for 1 hour, do not forget to cover it with a napkin or towel. During this time, we will just have time to prepare the filling for the pizza.
  6. After an hour, knead the dough and let it stand for another half hour. After that, having greased our hands with vegetable oil, we cut the dough and prepare a pizza.

Dough for pizza on kefir without yeast No. 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 st. kefir (maybe not fresh)
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp salt

Dough for pizza with kefir without yeast:

  1. Mix the previously sifted flour with salt and soda. Mix well.
  2. Beat the egg in a separate bowl. Then add kefir to it.
  3. Add flour to the kefir mass, do it gradually. The dough should be as soft as dumplings.
  4. Now you need to leave it for 20 minutes. Covering it with a damp towel.
  5. When 20 minutes had passed, everything had risen a little. You need to roll out the pizza base 1 cm thick.
  6. I simply sprinkle the baking sheet with flour, as in baking. We spread the rolled dough on a baking sheet, and on top of the filling according to your taste!
  7. We bake for 30 minutes at 180C


Dough for pizza on kefir without yeast No. 2

This is a great option for pizza dough because it is. it prepares much faster. the total pizza preparation time is no more than half an hour.

Ingredients:

  • 1 st. kefir (can be replaced with whey)
  • 1 egg
  • 300g. Flour
  • 1 \\ 3 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp salt

Recipe:

  1. Beat the egg and salt with a fork.
  2. Add kefir or whey, slaked soda.
  3. Gradually add flour and knead soft dough.
  4. Let the dough stand for 20 minutes. While it stands, you can have time to prepare everything for the filling.
  5. Lubricate the mold with butter, pour the dough into it, bake for 15 minutes at 200C.
  6. We spread the filling and bake for another 10 minutes.

  • Before using it, be sure to warm it up so that it becomes warm. Otherwise, the dough will not turn out homogeneous, and lumps will remain in it.
  • If there is no kefir in the refrigerator, then it may well be replaced by yogurt or sour cream.
  • It is preferable to take the premium flour for pizza. From flour of the first grade, the dough will turn out to be dark and will have a peculiar taste.
  • If you add soda to the dough, then it will become fluffy and soft. In this case, the soda can be extinguished with vinegar or citric acid, or you can pour it out unquenched. It will be extinguished by kefir.
  • The dough can be made thick or thin. Put on the liquid filling immediately. If it is thick, then the base is baked first, only after that the filling is put.

  • Granulated sugar (5 grams);
  • 2 grams of salt;
  • Flour (slightly less than 2 cups);
  • 40 ml of refined oil;

Cooking method:

  1. Put kefir in the microwave and heat slightly.
  2. Pour soda into it. Stir. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix eggs and salt in a separate bowl. Pour them into kefir with soda, beat again (preferably with a whisk or fork).
  4. Add half of the vegetable oil to the bowl with the ingredients. Knead.

  • Kefir (500 ml);

Cooking method:

  1. Pour yeast and salt into a wide bowl, rub with your fingers.
  2. Stir water and sugar. Leave the dough under a towel at room temperature for 20 minutes. It should start to bubble.
  3. Heat the kefir, but do not make it too hot, pour into the dough, stir.
  4. Add vegetable oil to the rest of the ingredients. Knead again.

Quick dough on kefir

Ingredients:

  • 15 grams of sugar.
  • 3% vinegar (tablespoon);
  • Soda (2 grams);
  • Flour (about 2 and a quarter glasses);
  • Salt (2 grams);
  • Kefir (0.4 liters).

Cooking method:

  1. Place kefir, eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl, beat well. Quench the baking soda with vinegar in a separate cup, pour the mixture to the rest of the ingredients and mix again.
