For a delicious holiday salad with sardines in oil, you can use the classic Mimosa recipe. Or you can make an unusual and bright beetroot salad, which, for sure, will appeal to all guests.

  1. To do this, you need to boil the beets, potatoes and carrots in advance, peel the cooled vegetables and cut them into cubes.
  2. Put everything in a salad bowl and add chopped green onions, salt and mayonnaise.
  3. Mix the vegetable mixture well and place in neat slides on portioned plates covered with salad leaves.
  4. Add several sardines to each portion, pouring mayonnaise on top of the fish. For such a salad, both sardine in oil and smoked are suitable.

A very fresh and healthy salad with sardines in oil will turn out if you add juicy apples and celery. The latter should be cut into small cubes or strips, sprinkled with lemon juice.

Drain the oil from the fish and divide it into medium pieces. Combine everything in a salad bowl, add chopped walnut kernels, mix, season with low-fat yogurt.

Celery in such an appetizer would be appropriate with petiole or greens. But it can also be replaced with grated carrots and pickled cucumbers, and instead of yogurt with walnuts, add fatty sour cream with salt.

Open a jar of canned food "Sardine in oil". Remove the fish from the jar and put it in a separate bowl.

Hard-boiled eggs. To do this, put them in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook from the moment it boils for 10 minutes. Then remove the eggs, cool and peel. Finely chop one egg.

Divide the other egg into yolk and white. This egg will be used for decoration.

Peel, wash and finely chop the onions. Add to the sardine in a bowl.

Add the chopped egg to the chopped onion and sardine and mash all the ingredients with a fork. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mayonnaise can be added if desired. But I cooked without it.

Place the mixture of sardines, boiled egg and chopped onions on a large plate.

Grate the egg white on a fine grater. Spread half of the salad on them.

Grate the yolk and put the second part of the salad on it.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place on the cherry salad. Sprigs of dill or parsley will be cherry cuttings. I made the leaves from a sprig of dill and a cucumber peel. With mayonnaise, make an edging around the salad. Salad with sardines and eggs is ready. Simple, tasty and fancy. We serve on a festive table.

There is a tip:1 cup canned green peas, a can of sardines in oil, 200 g of cheese, 3 eggs, 1/2 can of mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon of mustard, red bell pepper, red pepper, salt, herbs to taste.

1 cup canned peas, 3 apples, 2 eggs, celery, 1/2 can of mayonnaise.

Cut apples into thin slices, celery into strips, mix with green peas. Season the salad with mayonnaise, put in a salad bowl and garnish with wedges of a hard-boiled egg.

CANNED PEAS SALAD WITH ONION

1/2 can of canned green peas, 2 onions, a bunch of green onions, 2-3 pickled cucumbers, 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1/2 cup of tomato juice, ground pepper, vinegar, salt, sugar, 3 cloves of garlic.

Cut onions into half rings, cucumbers into slices. Add chopped green onions and canned peas. Mix everything and season with salad dressing made from vegetable oil, vinegar, tomato juice, pepper, salt, sugar and finely chopped garlic.

CANNED BEANS SALAD WITH SOUR CREAM

1 can of canned beans, 2 cucumbers, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, vinegar, salt, herbs.

Finely chop the canned beans, add the sliced \u200b\u200bcucumbers, drizzle with vinegar and salt. Then mix everything, season with sour cream and sprinkle with herbs.

CANNED BEANS SALAD WITH HAM

1 can of canned beans, 200 g of ham, 2 tomatoes, 50 g of cheese, a can of mayonnaise, parsley.

Cut canned beans into small pieces, ham into cubes, season with sliced \u200b\u200btomatoes and grated cheese. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, season with mayonnaise, put in a salad bowl and sprinkle with parsley.

CANNED BEANS SALAD WITH EGGS

1 can of canned beans, 2 eggs, 2 tomatoes, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, a teaspoon of vinegar, onion, parsley and dill.
