Step 1: prepare the green beans.

We take 400 grams of green beans, put them in a colander and rinse them thoroughly under cold running water to remove any kind of contamination. Leave the beans in a colander to drain the excess liquid. Then we transfer the beans to a cutting board, using a kitchen knife for vegetables, cut off the stalk from each pod and remove the hard vein. Then we chop the legumes, depending on the desire, it can be pieces up to 5 - 7 centimeters long, or if the dish is cooked in a large frying pan, then the beans can not be chopped at all. Transfer the prepared green beans to a deep bowl.

Step 2: cook the green beans.



Now we turn on the stove to a strong level and put a deep saucepan on it, half full with ordinary running water. Bring the liquid to a boil, add salt to it to taste, reduce the temperature of the stove to an average level and carefully lower the prepared beans into boiling water. Cook legumes 8 - 10 minutes. Then, using a kitchen towel, remove the pan from the stove and put the beans in a colander. We leave it in this container for 10 - 12 minutes in order to glass excess water and let the beans cool slightly.

Step 3: prepare the rest of the ingredients.



While the beans are cooling, peel the garlic cloves and squeeze them through the garlic press into a small bowl.


Cut off the paraffin crust from hard cheese and rub it into a deep plate using a coarse grater. We also put mayonnaise, vegetable oil, salt and black pepper on the kitchen table.

Step 4: we bring the dish to full readiness.



After the beans have cooled down, place them in a deep bowl and lightly dip them with paper kitchen towels. Then we turn on the stove to a strong level and put a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on it. When the fat is warmed up, pour the beans into it and fry them, stirring with a kitchen spatula for 1 - 2 minutes... Then add garlic to the beans, and simmer them together 30 - 40 seconds.


Now we reduce the temperature of the stove to a level between the smallest and the average, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a little salt, black pepper, chopped hard cheese to the pan, mix all the components of the dish with a spatula until smooth, cover the container with a lid and keep in this form until it is completely melted dairy product. The cheese melts quickly 3-4 minutes, so we periodically look under the lid and check our beans. After the dairy product has melted and put the beans in a beautiful, fragrant "coat", turn off the stove, lay out the finished dish in portions on plates and immediately serve it to the table.

Step 5: Serve the green beans with cheese.



Green beans with cheese are served hot immediately after cooking. If desired, sprinkle each serving of this culinary masterpiece with fresh chopped parsley before serving. This dish can be a separate dish or can serve as an excellent side dish for baked meat, boiled chicken, brisket cutlets or pork chops, it all depends on your desire. Enjoy!

  • green beans - 300 g

  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • lemon juice - 4 tablespoons
  • ground paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • fatty feta cheese - 200 g
  • mandarin - 2 pcs.
  • peeled seeds - 2 tablespoons
  • sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
  • pomegranate syrup - 2 tablespoons

Cooking method:


  1. Fresh or frozen green beans in pods must be boiled in slightly salted water before cooking. After boiling, keep on fire for about 3 minutes.

  2. Throw in a colander, rinse with ice water (see) and fry over medium heat, adding refined vegetable oil to the pan. Fry for about 3 minutes, until the pods change color.

  3. Squeeze out the lemon juice, finely chop the garlic and send it all to the pan. Add paprika, mix.
  4. Reduce heat and fry for another 1-2 minutes, cover and turn off.

  5. Cut fresh cheese into large pieces. You can also take other soft cheese.

  6. In a clean frying pan, pouring in 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, you need to melt the cheese.

  7. Keep on very low heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese looks like in the photo.

  8. At this time, we peel the tangerine from the peel and films.

  9. We also fry sunflower seeds and sesame seeds in a dry frying pan for 1 min. The fire is maximum. After we reduce to a minimum, pour in 2 tbsp. lemon juice and pomegranate syrup, stir and turn off.
  10. Now we collect the finished dish: lay out the beans, pour out the cheese, sprinkle with seeds and sesame seeds, decorate with tangerine slices. Serve immediately before it gets cold.



Green beans with chicken are a great option for a light yet hearty dinner. Due to the fact that frozen green beans and chicken are always on sale, this dish is available at any time of the year. I like everything about it - and the minimum of the main ingredients, and the speed and ease of preparation, and, most importantly, the wonderful taste and aroma!

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 500 g frozen green beans
  • 2 medium onions (180-200 g)
  • 2 small tomatoes (about 250 g)
  • 1 tbsp. l. wine or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a pinch of curry
  • a pinch of hops-suneli
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil

To prepare green beans with chicken, it is not necessary to take chicken breast, you can also use the legs, but what is necessary for this dish is the offered seasonings. Without them, food will be bland and tasteless.

Preparation:

Cut the chicken breast fillet into small long pieces.

Salt, pepper, add a pinch of curry.

Stir and set aside for now, let the chicken soak in the seasonings.

Peel the onion and cut into quarters of rings.

Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown.

We spread, without defrosting, the green beans, salt, pepper, add a pinch of suneli hops, a tablespoon of wine or apple cider vinegar and 50 ml of water. Mix gently.

Close the pan tightly with a lid and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

While the beans are stewing, cook the chicken in another pan. Put pieces of chicken fillet in heated vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.

Cut the tomatoes in half, cut out the tails and three on a coarse grater, holding them by the skin. Then we throw away the skin. It is convenient to use ready-made mashed tomatoes from the store or from your own stock.

When the beans have been stewed for half an hour, add pieces of chicken breast and grated tomatoes to it.

Stir, close the lid and keep on the lowest heat for another 10-15 minutes.

Add greens and garlic passed through a press to the finished green beans with chicken.

Mix and immediately turn off the stove.

Let the dish brew for 10-15 minutes and serve.
