  3. Vegetable filling: washed peppers and tomatoes are cut into strips, fried with a second onion in vegetable oil with the addition of cream. Tomatoes are blanched and chopped in a blender, added to the vegetable mixture. Add a quarter glass of water and simmer for 10-15 minutes, add tomato paste at the end.

VIDEO. How to cook lazy cabbage rolls.

Cooking lazy cabbage in a slow cooker is not difficult. We all know that thanks to the slow cooker, our cabbage rolls will be stewed in their juice, which will give them even better taste!

For cooking cabbage in a slow cooker, we need:

Stuffing 500g;
- cabbage, 800g;
- carrots, 1 pc;
- bow, 1 head;
- rice is round, 0.5 cups of multicooker;
- water, 1 multistakan;
-, 200 ml;
- Tomato sauce (ketchup), 200g;
- bay leaf, 1 piece;
- salt, spices to taste;
- vegetable oil, 4 tbsp.

Recipe.

1 . Clean and wash the vegetables well.
2 . Finely chop the onion, rub the carrot and chop the cabbage.
3 . Take a deep pot and mix the minced meat with vegetables and rice there. Do not forget to add there a bay leaf.
4 . Salt and add spices.
5 . To prepare the sauce you need to mix the sour cream with tomato sauce. You can add spices.
6 . Smear a bowl of multicooker with vegetable oil.
7 . First, put the mince in the bowl with rice and vegetables, pour a little water. After that, you need to pour all the sauce and turn on the multicooker in the mode of "Quenching".

After 60 minutes, cabbage rolls will be ready! To give them a more pleasant look, after the signal of the multicooker, turn on the Baking function for 5-7 minutes.

Lazy cabbage rolls in the pan.

Lazy cabbage rolls in layers is probably the fastest and easiest way to cook this dish. For those who value their time, and at the same time love stuffed cabbage - this recipe is best suited!

For the preparation we need:

Minced meat, 1 kg;
- cabbage, 1 kg;
- carrots, 4pcs;
- onions, 2pcs;
- rice, 200g.

1.   For a start, make minced meat with onions. Chop the onion and mix it with minced meat.
2.   Prepare a carrot. We rub it on the grater.
3.   We wash the rice and put it to the stuffing.
4.   Salt or add spices to your liking.
5.   Shred cabbage, pre-salted it.
6.   We take a large pot and start putting all the ingredients there. We do everything in even layers.

Our steps:

Pour 0.5 liters of water;
- put half the prepared cabbage;
- put half the prepared carrot;
- minced meat and rice;
- again put the carrot;
- all this cover with cabbage.

7.   Add another 1 liter of water.

8.   You can also add a little tomato sauce or ketchup on top.

9.   We put our dish on the fire.

After 1 hour, our cabbage rolls will be ready!

Baby lazy cabbage rolls.

Everyone probably remembers how we cooked lazy cabbage rolls in the garden. This unforgettable taste brings us joy even now that we have become adults and serious people.

1.   Pour the vegetable oil into the pan and throw the finely chopped onion. We wait until the onion acquires a golden color.

2.   Add chopped cabbage and simmer on medium heat. Stir periodically!

3.   Pour water and add 1-2 tsp. tomato paste, salt, bay leaf and mix well! We expect, let the cabbage a little more stewed.

4.   From above we fill not steamed rice. Do not mix!

5.   Add water to the rice was covered with water, and simmer for 15 minutes.
6.   Add scrolled meat on top and bring to readiness! From time to time we can add water.

Lazy cabbage rolls without meat.


List of ingredients:

Cabbage, 400gr .;
- rice, 200g .;
- Onions, 150gr .;
- sour cream, 250gr .;
- ketchup, 200g .;
- salt pepper;
- breadcrumbs;
- vegetable oil.

1.   Wash the rice, put it in a saucepan with water and bring it to full readiness.
2.   Rinse the cabbage, cut it into strips and place in hot water for 5 minutes.
3.   Peel and chop the onion into small pieces.
4. When everything is ready, mix all the prepared ingredients, salt and add spices.
5.   Make small stuffed cabbage rolls and roll them in breadcrumbs.
6.   Put the received cabbage rolls on a frying pan heated with vegetable oil and fry them until rosy color.
7.   Prepare a sauce of ketchup and sour cream. To do this, simply mix these ingredients.
8.   Put the cabbage rolls in a baking dish, pour the sauce and put in the oven. Simmer at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Stuffed cabbage are ready! Good appetite!

Today I cooked very lazy cabbage rolls. I just cut all the ingredients from this recipe into large chunks and skipped twice through a meat grinder, even rice. Onions add fried, so that you can half freeze and so that after defrosting raw onions do not spoil the dish. I used to cut cabbage and pour boiling water on it, but today there was no time to mess around. Probably, this is a matter of taste, but such lazy cabbage rolls, whose minced meat is brought almost to a homogeneous mass, much more pleased me and my picky husband.
  The only thing I will change in the future is whether I will carrot or browse or blanch previously, because it crunched a little in all this tender mass, I want to fix it later.

Thanks for the recipe! My husband didn’t recognize lazy cabbage rolls in principle, but he ate these and praised it. I just scalded the cabbage before mixing, so that it was better drained.
