To do this, rub the carrots with straws. Put in a cup, add 1/4 tsp. salt and lightly shake hands. This is necessary to soften the carrots.
  2. Chop the onion finely.
  3. Pour oil into the pan, leaving 2 tbsp. for potatoes. Heat and fry the onion. We fry it well, until brown. We will not need it later, we need to give all its taste to the oil.

  4. Pour 0.5 tsp to the carrots. spices from the set "for Korean carrots." Pour hot oil through a strainer. This will keep the onions in the strainer and scald the carrots with oil. Now it needs to be cooled. During the cooling period, the carrots are soaked and can be used for our purposes.
  5. Moving on to making potato strips (if you have chips, skip this step). Peel and grate the potatoes on the same grater as the carrots to get straws.
  6. Then we rinse under running water to rinse off excess starch.
  7. We spread on paper towels and dry.
  8. Pour the remaining oil into the pan. We heat and put the straws. Stir frequently so as not to stick together, fry until crisp.
