Cooking steps zucchini stuffed with chicken:

  1. We cut each of the selected zucchini lengthwise into two approximately equal parts. If the fruit is very small, you can remove only the upper part, the lid.
  2. We take out the pulp, leaving the walls 1 cm thick, while trying not to damage the fruit itself.
  3. We spread the prepared zucchini in a frying pan with heated oil, fry from different sides until golden brown.
  4. Add water, reduce the heat as much as possible, under the lid, bring the zucchini halves to an almost soft state for 15 minutes.
  5. We spread the zucchini halves on a heat-resistant mold.
  6. Now we are preparing the filling. We cut the washed fillet and wiped with a paper napkin into small cubes, we also do with squash pulp, pepper, onions.
  7. On the tomato, where the stalk is located, we make a cross-shaped incision and lower it in boiling water for a couple of minutes, then remove the skin and also cut into cubes.
  8. Pass the garlic through a press.
  9. Finely chop the washed greens.
  10. Put fillet cubes on a hot frying pan, stirring occasionally, fry until browned. In this case, the released liquid should completely evaporate, but the meat itself should not be brought to a dry state.
  11. When the meat juice has evaporated, add oil, salt and spices, stir and remove from heat and transfer to a clean plate.
  12. Put the oil in the pan again, fry the onion on it until soft, then add the pieces of pepper, stirring all the time, fry for about 5 minutes. Next, we repeat the same steps with the squash pulp.
  13. Combine fillet with vegetables, mix.
  14. Add tomatoes, garlic, as well as chopped herbs, spices, salt, a couple of grams of sugar.
  15. Cooking the sauce. To do this, mix the cream with ketchup, add and stir.

For cooking, it is advisable to choose a variety in which round fruits grow, so the dish will look even more beautiful. If you have regular oblong vegetables, then this is also okay. The shape will in no way compromise the taste of this great snack.

Ingredients:

  • round zucchini - 10 pcs.;
  • greens;
  • carrots - 1 large;
  • salt;
  • onions - 2 medium;
  • olive oil;
  • bulgarian red pepper - 1 pc.;
  • hard cheese - 200 g;
  • rice - two-thirds of a glass.

Cooking method:

  1. From round fruits, cut off the stalks and a little pulp to make the caps. Scrape out the pulp. Pour the resulting baskets with boiling water, cook for 10 minutes. Water should be both outside and inside them.
  2. Cook the rice until almost cooked.

A wonderful hearty dish that will go well with an everyday table and a festive one. Zucchini stuffed with mushrooms and rice looks very cute in the photo, immediately awakens the appetite. It's easy to cook them. You can take any mushrooms for the recipe, but only after making sure that they are edible. If you don't want to experiment, then take fresh mushrooms, they go well with both rice and vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 0.5 kg;
  • salt pepper;
  • champignons - 0.2 kg;
  • lean oil - 25 ml;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • rice - 50 g;
  • cheese - 50 g;
  • carrots - 1 small;
  • tomato - 1 large.

Cooking method:

  1. Before preparing the dish, chop and fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil, add chopped onions and grated carrots to the pan. Salt.
  2. Cook the rice. Toss it with mushrooms.
  3. Cut the zucchini into slices 3-4 cm thick. Remove the core. Place them on a greased baking sheet with vegetable oil. Start with mushrooms and rice. Sprinkle grated cheese on each circle and place a tomato ring on top.

  2. Better take young fruits that do not need to be peeled.

I cook this dish during the season of zucchini, when you can choose the right size of zucchini and they are quite young and juicy, with a delicate skin. This is necessary so that the zucchini stuffed with minced meat bakes well in the oven and turns out to be juicy and soft on the inside and a little fried on the outside. If you have no choice, then we will cook from what we have, just cut the peel from the zucchini and remove the seeds.

I cook stuffed zucchini according to the classic version - only with minced meat, onions and carrots, you can add both mushrooms and bell peppers - if you wish. I prefer to use minced pork and beef, it is juicier, it is better to scroll the minced meat in a meat grinder twice to get minced meat with a fine texture.

So, for cooking zucchini baked in the oven stuffed with minced meat, we will prepare all the products.

We select the zucchini of the same size, so it will be more convenient to put them in a baking dish later. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and remove the pulp along with the seeds with a spoon, leaving a very thin wall. Cut off a little peel from the back side to give the boat stability.

If the zucchini is young and the seeds are still soft, then the pulp can be used for minced meat. Chop the flesh of the zucchini very finely. Three carrots on a medium grater, dice the onion.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan and lay out the vegetables. Fry vegetables until soft. Then add the minced meat, salt, pepper it, you can add a little dried garlic to your taste at this stage. Put the squash boats into the baking dish and fill the grooves with the minced meat.

Top with cherry tomatoes, cut in half, and slices of melted cheese.
