If there is stuffed fish on the table, it is definitely a holiday in the house. This dish has occupied an honorable place for a long time, both in the holiday and in the New Year's menu. To prepare a stuffed pike, the first step is to peel and skin it. To do this, we make cuts near the head in a circle, without touching the giblets. So you, just pulling on the head, will pull out all the giblets without tormenting or damaging the pike's skin. Peel off the skin gently with your fingers. Near the fins, you can help yourself with a knife, just so as not to damage the integrity of the skin. Separate the fish flesh from the bones and make minced meat out of it. Add to it more minced meat (preferably fatty), its volume should be approximately the belly of the stuffed fish. Chop 1 large onion finely and sauté in sunflower oil until golden brown. Also take a large carrot, peel, grate on a medium grater and lightly fry. Combine the minced meat, onions, carrots, loaf and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stuff the pike and also the head after removing the gills from there. Sew the head onto the body of the stuffed pike. Lubricate the fish with sour cream, for a beautiful and tasty crust, then bake the pike in the oven at 180 degrees for about 2 hours. Orange juice should be mixed with olive oil, salt, pepper and pour over the salad. And we can decorate and add flavor with the help of shabby cheese. Serve immediately after cooking.

Potatoes in salads are quite common, and fish is often used. Try this delicious and memorable dish. It includes:
- fillets of cod or other white fish;
- garlic;
- potatoes;
- onion;
- salad and other greens.
The fish fillet should be cut into pieces, put in a flat container. Three garlic on a fine grater, mixing with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Pour this sauce over the fish and leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

This salad can be prepared not only for the new year, but also for other Christmas holidays. Its appearance, as it were, is conducive to comfort and warmth, which is symbolized by candles.

Boil 300 gm. chicken fillet and cut into cubes;

4 hard-boiled eggs and grate;

200 gm. Fry mushrooms with onions, salt and pepper;

If in your house this salad is no longer considered anything special, then you need to think about it. Can you cook something newer? For example, ham salad. A very delicate and sophisticated salad, very easy to prepare. In addition, we can say with confidence that ham in a salad is very tasty and inexpensive, since sometimes it is a pity to pay for meat, but it can always be replaced with ham or sausage.
To make ham salad you will need:
- 200-300 grams of ham;
- 2 medium onions;
- pancakes that we will prepare ourselves;

First, divide the chicken breasts into portions (thickness - about 1.5 cm).

Then, the prepared meat must be rolled well in flour and fried in a pan in vegetable oil until light golden brown.

Let's start preparing the filling. To do this, mix half a serving of grated cheese with herbs, garlic, mayonnaise and mustard.

Put each fried piece on a baking sheet lined with parchment, and cover the meat with the filling on top. Add another layer of grated cheese on top.

We bake the finished pieces under the "fur coat" at 200 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.

It is not necessary to take chicken meat for this dish. Pork is also fine. But then you do not need to fry it, but immediately put it in the oven.

And cook for about 35 minutes. You can also add chopped tomatoes and bell peppers or mushrooms fried with onions to the filling.
