Required products:

  1. To begin with, take about 80 cm each of one and the other juices, add the zest to them and mix everything.

  3. Add all the gelatin to the resulting mixture and stir thoroughly. Wait until the gelatin is completely dissolved and add sugar. Stir the whole mass and add the remaining juice.
  4. Leave the liquid to cool. Find a rectangular container. Pour the future marmalade into it and cover with baking paper. Place the product in the refrigerator to solidify. It will take about ten hours.
  5. After the time has passed, the marmalade can be gently removed from the mold, cut into pieces. If desired, they can be dipped in sugar. Leftover food is best kept refrigerated to keep it from melting.

The delicacy prepared in this way is in no way inferior in taste to desserts based on fresh berries. If you have jam or jam that are already tired or no one eats them, then it's time to make marmalade out of them. Children will appreciate the sweetness. The recipe is almost the same as described above. Agar-agar is mixed with juice, sugar is added, everything is boiled on the stove, poured into molds and put into the refrigerator.

You can use anything you want as a base for homemade marmalade, even milk, chocolate or wine.
