    • The yolks are separated from the proteins. Beat the yolks in a separate bowl with butter. The result should be a homogeneous mass;
    • The proteins are cooled slightly in the refrigerator. Then beat until lather. The resulting protein mass is added to the yolk mixture. Mix thoroughly again until a homogeneous consistency is obtained;
    • To bake according to the classic recipe, grease each waffle iron plate with butter. The dough is poured onto a plate and baked.

    Attention! Immediately after removing the wafers from the wafers, they will be soft. They will become crispy only after they have completely cooled down.

    • light beer - 1-1.5 cups;

    • eggs - 1 piece;
    • freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 tsp;
    • salt - 1/2 tsp.

    Cooking steps:

    • Then both mixtures are combined and kneaded.

    Ingredients:

    • flour - 500-600 g;
    • eggs - 3 pieces;
    • dry yeast - 10 g;

    Dough kneading stages:

    For the test you will need:


    • flour - 2 glasses;
    • margarine - 150-200 g;
    • milk - 1.5-2 cups;
    • eggs - 4 pieces;
    • granulated sugar - 1-1.5 cups;
    • mineral water - a glass;
    • vanilla sugar - tsp;
    • salt - 1/4 tsp;
    • baking powder - 10 g.

    Cooking steps:

    • The whites and yolks are separated. The yolks are ground with sugar, and the whites are whipped into a thick white foam;

    Ingredients:

    • cinnamon, nutmeg - to taste;

    How to knead:
