Basic rules for combining products

For example, porridge on water quickly breaks down under the influence of not very strong gastric juice and quickly leaves the stomach. If the porridge is eaten together with meat, the stomach cannot produce gastric juice of such a composition, which is necessary for both foods. Therefore, such food remains in the stomach for too long and leaves the stomach incompletely broken down. Of course, the juice of the pancreas will bring the digestion of this food to the end, but it will ask for an additional load on the liver, pancreas and small intestine. And the eater himself will feel “a stone in the stomach”.
