Filling

  • 500 gr. minced meat (I have beef, it is better to use lean minced meat)
  • 4 things. potatoes (about 600 gr.)
  • 1 PC. onion (150 gr.)
  • ground black pepper
  • salt to taste

Preparation:

First, we prepare the filling. Peel and grate potatoes. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Mix the minced meat, grated potatoes and chopped onions, season with salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly.

Knead the dough quickly. Mix kefir with eggs, salt, sugar, soda (do not extinguish, it will be extinguished with the acid of kefir or yogurt) and butter. Add flour to the consistency of liquid sour cream, mix thoroughly.

Grease a baking dish with oil (no need to grease silicone). Pour half of the dough into it. Lay out the filling at a distance of 1-1.5 cm from the edge (sides) of the form, so that the dough itself forms the sides of the cake. The filling will not push the dough, the bottom of the pie will be only dough... Pour over the rest of the dough.
