4. Line the split mold with parchment (we had a mold with a diameter of 22 cm) and grease with a little butter.

5. Pour the dough into a mold, put the cherries on top, carefully drown each cherry into the dough.

6. Bake charlotte with cherries for 30-40 minutes.

Charlotte with apples and plums

What do you need:

3 apples (we had green strong apples)
1 lemon
4 eggs
5 plums (or 1 orange)
130 g flour
100 ml cream, 20% fat at room temperature
60 g sugar
1 pinch of salt
vanilla sugar - for sprinkling apples
icing sugar, cinnamon - for decoration

How to cook apple and plum charlotte:

1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.

2. Peel and seed the apples and cut into medium-sized cubes. Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and zest. Add the halves of the plums (if an orange is used instead of plums, disassemble the citrus into slices, cut each slice in half).

3. Introduce eggs into the sifted flour, mix with a whisk. Gradually pour in the cream, add sugar, salt and beat well with a mixer. Gently stir in apples and plums (or orange).

4. Put the dough in a split form lined with parchment and bake for 35–40 minutes.

5. Remove the charlotte from the oven, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar, and the sides with cinnamon.

Charlotte with white chocolate and berries

What do you need:

100 g butter
120 ml milk
200 g sour cream
2 eggs
zest of one small lemon
1 tsp vanilla
280 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
100 g sugar
200 g white chocolate
150-200 g of any berries (frozen can be used)

How to make charlotte with white chocolate and berries:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

2. Melt the butter, cool slightly and mix with milk, sour cream, eggs, lemon zest and vanilla.

3. In another bowl, mix thoroughly the sifted flour with baking powder, then add sugar and mix again. Combine with products from 2 points. At this stage, do not use a mixer and do not get carried away with stirring, there are no lumps - the dough is ready!

4. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and add to the dough. Then add the berries. Stir very gently from bottom to top.

5. Line the detachable form with parchment and fill with dough. Bake for about 50 minutes.

Charlotte with apples, cinnamon and cardamom

What do you need:

300 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 tsp soda
1 tsp with a heap of cinnamon
1 tsp cardamom
0.5 tsp salt
180 g butter
150 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
2 eggs
120 ml milk
2 large apples (we used Granny Smith)
5 tbsp brown sugar
juice of half a lemon

4. Mix flour with whipped butter. Pour in milk and mix well again. At this stage, it is best not to use a mixer and stir the dough with a wooden spatula.

5. Cut off the peel of apples, carefully cut the core and cut into thin washers.

6. Cover the detachable form (we had a form with a diameter of 24 cm) with parchment, grease the surface of the paper with butter and evenly sprinkle the bottom and sides with 1.5 tbsp. brown sugar. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with 1.5 tablespoons again. brown sugar.

7. Pour half of the dough into a mold and gently lay out half of the apples. Pour in the second part of the dough. Place the remaining apples on top. Sprinkle apple washers with 2 tablespoons. brown sugar. If you wish, you can core-cut the remaining apples into hearts and fill them with cranberries before baking.

8. Bake charlotte with apples, cinnamon and cardamom for 50-60 minutes.

Charlotte with grapes

What do you need:

50 g butter
2 eggs
50 ml grape seed oil (easily replaced with olive oil)
130 g brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
210 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
zest of one lemon
zest of one orange
60 ml milk
300 g seedless red grapes (choose medium-sized grapes, this is important!)

How to cook charlotte with grapes:

1. Melt the butter and cool to room temperature.

2. Mix eggs with grape butter, sugar, vanilla and melted butter, beat well with a mixer.

3. Mix the sifted flour with baking powder, salt and two types of zest.

4. Combine the egg-butter mixture with the flour, pour in the milk and stir vigorously very quickly. No lumps - stop stirring!

5. Cover the detachable form (we had a mold with a diameter of 22 cm) with parchment, lay out a part of the dough, spread half of the grapes on top, pour the rest of the dough. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove the pan from the oven, pour the remaining grapes onto the dough and bake for another 30–40 minutes.

6. Allow the cake to rest for 15 minutes, remove from the mold and cool completely on the wire rack.

Charlotte "For adults only"

What do you need:

100 g raisins
30 ml brandy
30 ml boiling water
150 g sugar
150 g butter
2 eggs
180 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 apples
50 g almonds
1-2 tbsp brown sugar

1. The night before, pour the raisins with brandy and boiling water and leave overnight.

2. Beat sugar and softened butter with a mixer. Add eggs one at a time, beating without stopping.

3. Combine flour with baking powder and add to egg-oil mixture. To stir thoroughly.

What do you need:

500 g pears
2 eggs
180 g sugar
200 g of natural yogurt or yogurt

What do you need:

100 g butter
2 eggs
200 g sugar
140 g wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
50 g rye flour
3 apples
20 g butter
1 handful of any nuts (we had walnuts)
2 tbsp Sahara
1 tsp with a heap of cinnamon

How to cook rye charlotte with apples and nuts:

1. Melt 100 g of butter and cool slightly.

2. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites until firm. Without stopping whisking, add the yolks and sugar, and then pour in the melted butter in a thin stream.

3. Mix the sifted flour with baking powder and rye flour and add to the dough.

4. Line a baking dish (we had a split baking dish with a diameter of 22 cm) with parchment and pour out the dough.

5. Peel the apples from skin and seeds and grate on a coarse grater. Spread evenly on the dough, and on top put a few pieces of butter (we have 20 g left).

6. Bake charlotte in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 50 minutes.

7. Chop the nuts, mix with 2 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon.
