When it melts and warms up, send the sausage there and fry it on all sides until a light golden crust, stirring constantly with a kitchen spatula. After that, we transfer the browned ingredient to a clean dish and, like potatoes, cool it in a well-ventilated place.

Step 3: prepare the onion, tomato, parsley and boiled potatoes.


While the main products are cooling, peel the onions. We wash it together with tomato and parsley under cold running water. We dry them with paper kitchen towels, put them in turn on a cutting board and continue preparing. From the tomato, remove the place where the stalk was attached, and cut it into small cubes or slices up to 1.5 centimeters thick.
Chop the onion into small cubes 5–7 millimeters in size, and the greens just finely. Then we remove the skin from the cooled boiled potatoes, put the tubers on a clean board and chop them with a new knife in large rings, half rings or quarters.

Step 4: we bring the salad to full readiness.


Now put the chopped potatoes, sausages, tomatoes and onions in a large bowl. Season them to taste with salt, black pepper and mayonnaise. Mix everything with a tablespoon until smooth. Transfer to a salad bowl, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve to the table.
