Cooking process:

  1. Sift flour and add warm milk to it, add yeast, sugar, salt, eggs, melted butter. Knead the dough and leave it in a warm place for an hour.
  2. After the time has elapsed, divide the dough into 15 small pieces, round them and leave for 15 minutes.
  3. Cut the sausages diagonally.
  4. Roll each ball into an oval cake, make a small incision on top, and on the lower part, put a piece of sausage and roll the dough so that the upper cut is on the sausage. Make cuts on the side and slightly move them to the sides - these will be “ears”.

To prepare this exquisite delicacy, we need the following products:

  • For shortcrust pastry: flour 500 gr., powdered sugar 100 gr., zest of one lemon, 1 pack of butter, eggs 2 pcs., a small amount of milk.
  • For filling: a glass of peeled almonds, powdered sugar 280 gr., boiled condensed milk 400 gr., 6 bananas, half a liter of high-fat cream, vanilla seeds (use one vanilla pod), 1 spoon of instant coffee.

Cooking process:

First, prepare the dough. Modern technologies come to the aid of cooks and housewives. It is very simple and quick to knead the dough for our dessert in a food processor. However, if you have not yet acquired such a boon, we will tell you how to make shortbread dough with your own hands.

  • Sift flour and icing sugar through a sieve and mix.

  6. Grease the inner side of the future dessert with condensed milk, and put slices of chopped bananas on top.

Ingredients:
12 small potatoes,
200 g liver
6 slices of ham
1 bell pepper,

Vegetable snack balls

Ingredients:
2 beets,
3 carrots,
100 g low-fat cheese
2 boiled eggs
50 g prunes
50 g of walnut kernels,
200 g of natural yoghurt,
salt to taste.

Preparation:
Cook carrots and beets until tender, refrigerate and peel. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and divide into 2 servings. Grate the beets and carrots separately on a fine grater and mix also separately with the grated cheese. Add grated egg yolk and a little yogurt to the beets, grated protein, a little chopped garlic and yogurt to the carrots. Form balls from the beet mass, roll a piece of prunes or walnuts inside each. Do the same with the carrot paste. If your mass is not wet enough and does not roll well into a ball, add a little more yogurt. Put the prepared vegetable balls on a flat dish, garnish with yogurt, herbs and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Olives can be used as a filling.

Ingredients:
4-5 potatoes,
1 stack flour,
½ stack. milk,
3 tbsp butter,
1 egg,
vegetable oil - for frying,
salt, black pepper - to taste.
For crackers:
1 fresh loaf,

Preparation:
Peel the loaf and break it into small pieces. Rub each piece lightly in your hands. Sprinkle the resulting crumb with spices and stirring constantly, dry in a dry preheated frying pan. Peel the potatoes, boil in salted water and mash in mashed potatoes, add flour, milk, butter and an egg, salt, pepper and stir. Take a little mashed potatoes with a teaspoon, roll in breadcrumbs and form an oblong croquette. Repeat the same with the remaining ingredients. By the way, you can use crumbled potato chips instead of crackers. Fry croquettes in hot oil until golden brown for 5-7 minutes and transfer to a paper towel to absorb excess fat.

Ingredients:
200 g crab sticks
3 boiled eggs
100 g of cheese
1 boiled carrot
1 onion
200 g mayonnaise
vegetable oil, herbs, salt.

Preparation:
Peel and chop the eggs. Grate the carrots on a fine grater, chop the onion. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil for 2 minutes, season with salt. Preparation:
Remove the cod liver from the jar and discard the liquid. Finely chop the onion, cut the eggs in half lengthwise, put the yolks and chop. Mix fish with onions, corn, yolks, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Fill the egg halves with the filling, brush with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Lamb cutlets

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
100 g of rice
1 egg,
vegetable oil,
olives,
lettuce leaves,
salt pepper.

Preparation:
Fillet the chicken breast and cut into small cubes. Add rice and an egg to the chicken, salt and pepper. Form oval patties with two spoons and fry them on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then cool, from skewers make "legs" for lambs, "head" from olives. Instead of cod or pink salmon, you can take cheaper fish, but cook it in such a way that your guests will lick their fingers and ask for more. Serve puffed mashed potatoes, French fries, or steamed rice with canned corn and peas as a side dish for hot dishes.

Sweet Pepper Chicken Chops

Ingredients:
600 g chicken fillet,
1 tbsp sour cream,
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 tbsp mayonnaise,

If it is not possible to buy many different fruits, buy a little bit of everything and do not put the whole thing on the table, but prepare a spectacular fruit cuts that will look very beautiful on your table. For example, cut 2 oranges, 2 green and 2 red apples, 3 kiwi and 2 bananas into slices, and simply disassemble the tangerines into slices and arrange all the prepared fruits as your imagination tells you. You need to start preparing the fruit slices about an hour before the arrival of the guests and you need to sprinkle the pieces of fruit with lemon juice, otherwise they will darken and look very unsightly. Ingredients:
