  3. Cook for 7-8 minutes and discard in a colander. When all the liquid has drained, we return them back to the pan.
  4. While the spaghetti is boiling, prepare the minced spaghetti sauce. To do this, peel one large onion and cut it into very small cubes. You should not use a blender for this, because then the onions will turn into porridge.

  5. Preheat a frying pan, pour in some oil, put onion and bring to transparency. Of course, Italian sauce is best cooked with traditional olive oil, but it is easily replaced with sunflower oil.

  6. Rub on a fine grater or cut into very small cubes two medium carrots. We also put it in a pan and fry everything together until golden brown.
  7. We spread 350-400 g of minced meat on vegetables. It is desirable that it be pork and beef. Knead it with a spatula into small pieces and cook for 10 minutes, stirring as often as possible.
